Due to COVID-19 my family and I decided to go on a local vacation and went to Jerusalem. we stayed in the Inbal hotel and I have one word to say - WOW no doubt a 5 STAR hotel with the feel of abroad vacation. the staff was amazing and friendly always willing to help and make you feel welcome we arrived on Wednesday at 11:30 and received our rooms immediately with no wait (usually the check-in is at 15:00!) the rooms were amazing, clean, and comfortable there were packages with hand sanitizer and masks, coffee, tea, and a big bottle of water. the hotel keeps all government guidelines and "TAV SAGOL". the breakfast was delicious with a variety of so many options. the hotel location is perfect and close to everything. we dined in the O2 hotel restaurant and the food was amazing! if you are in Jerusalem or plan to visit - choose the Inbal hotel you won't regret it! my family and I will definitely come back…
We always try to avoid staying at local hotels in Israel specially big hotels with a lot of rooms,we avoid staying at local hotels. A lot of reasons, the first one is the price, we paid 700USD for a couple of nights wishing to take a break from life. So we arrive on thursday at 15PM no parking at the facility (completly full) we got a very beautiful renewed room facing some part of the old city with a large balcony. What we didnt count was the noise that all others guest will make, lots of religeous families with small children running and screaming everywere all day long, breakfast was like a war zone, all the rules regarding Covid 19 were only a recomendation. At least were 500 people eating breakfast togheter, no masks in the dinning room, the food wasnt fresh because of the kosher regulations, everything was pre-cooked even the coffee..the salads felt like from yesteday and if you missed something in breakfast and you have a granted access to the bussiness lounge then you will get the leftover from breakfast there... The Pool was amazing. I strongly recommend that if you wish to spend 700USD for a weekend just go to a small boutique hotel.…
We came to spend a weekend at Jerusalem at hot August for breathing some good Jerusalem's air. We got a nice room with a balcony and a view to the Old City. Spent some time at nice and quite lobby for a light lunch. And only in the evening we saw how many guests are in the hotel today: it was overcrowded in the dinning room and the stuff looked exhausted. Because of CODIV-19 rules we couldn't put a hot meal on our plates by ourselves from the buffet, that's why there were too many people waiting in the line. Anyway, it's better than touching the same spoon by a hundreds a different guests. Also it was a good idea: putting a cold meal into a really small dishes, so everyone can take one for oneself - I liked it! The Inbal Hotel is very kosher, so you can't have a hot meal at Saturday and their restaurant is closed. At SPA there are not music and candles, so you don't have a classic SPA atmosphere, but massage itself was very good. The pool at the weekend is open only until 18 (and not 21). The water in the pool was strangely hot: my guess, it was at least 33 C. It can be really harmful for some persons, especially at summer - take care of this! The service was very good: we got everything we've asked for, including a late check-out. It was only one issue: we couldn't get the Room Service at all on the Friday night, but I guess, all staff was super busy in the dinning hall. I wish we could back one day in the middle of the week, for experiencing more good things from this nice hotel! Thanks.…
Wonderful location, very helpful staff, lovely rooms and great facilities. We were a large group split over several rooms. Everyone was happy. Very nice breakfasts, hotel well staffed and very well managed. Highly recommend.
The Inbal is a highly recommended hotel during regular times, especially now during Corona. We ate breakfast and dinner in the courtyard with a beautiful breeze, with tables spaced apart. Staff were fully compliant with regulations, everything was spotlessly clean. The pool area was never overly crowded, and the lifeguards were attentive. The food was delicious as always.
