This was my second trip to stay at the YMCA, and it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are old because the building is historic and the atmosphere is stunning, but everything is clean, very comfortable and includes nice little extras like drinking water, coffee and tea, an electric teapot, etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful and...

The hotel staff were diligent in addressing a reservation mix up. The property is elegant and historic, and the service in the restaurant was very friendly. Ms. Nassar in reservations, and Pauline Nour at the breakfast buffet are examples of the great hospitality I encountered

we sat for a coffee at the 3 arches, and loved it - the building is very special, the food was good and so was the service (thanks agaim, Fidaa!), big portions for a good price, and it's open on Shabbat! we'll be back!

For those unaccustomed to the vagarities of the YMCA movement, forget completely that this place is a YMCA at all. This will help you get an accurate impression. Disregard all you ever thought about YMCA. This is like a 4 star hotel. It's not cheap, but by Jerusalem standards, it's not expensive either. It cost me about £100 per night...

The hotel is 5 minutes to walk from the Jerusalem old city. The hotel has an excelent breakfast buffet - highly recommended, its worth. The pool is kinda historic small sized, but nice to have. Very nice is the hotel tower, you can access it for free and have a great view to the city.

Three Arches staff are so courteous, friendly and helpful! Jazmine, who works at the service desk, was such a life saver when she let me call a friend from the front desk phone. Jazmine also made arrangements for a shuttle to the airport at a cheap price! One of the house keepers, Rula, was so kind in offering and carrying...

This is not your grandma's YMCA. This is a magnificent building from outside and the inside with good amenities - spa, gym, and breakfast including. The rooms are older but this only adds to the classic charm from the era when it was built. My favorite parts, besides the architecture, are the very central location, 10 min walk from Mamilla,...

I've been with my family in ymca three arches for 6 night, all was nice. Rooms are vintage but good, service is daily and efficient. Breakfast is OK but not always is included in the price (make attention when you reserve an accomodation). The building is very nice,it's correct to affirm that this is the most beautiful hotel in Jerusalem even if...

Such a nice place to stay. It feels like an old clubhouse, feels like old money is around, yet it's a lively place with children and regular people using the workout facilities. It's also a place with a mission, to provide facilities that all children, Israelis and Palestinians, can use together. My first room was cute, but very very small--no...

While the location is great (few minutes walking from many landmarks including the old city) and the building is amazing with historic and impressive structure with small gardens that makes you feel for a second like you are in different place and era, the hotel itself (rooms, food etc) is mediocre.
