The best thing about this hotel is the location - just inside the Jaffa gate, it is perfectly situated for all of the Old City's sites and you really feel like you are part of what's going on. Step out of the hotel and the Citadel (Tower of David) looms over you straight away. Plus, as an added bonus over...

I completely loved my stay at the New Imperial Hotel. The hotel staff, especially the proprietor, was lovely and helpful. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the "special" room (#12), which had a gorgeous view of the Tower of David. Everything about this hotel feels like it is from another era, as if you were a European traveler on a "Grand...

My taste wonderful hotel, where I lived during his visit to Jerusalem. Very good location located at the Jaffa gate. A lot of ancient artifacts. Could there be a better guest service. Lack of basic procedures.

You must give the hotel manager Mr. Walid Dajani and his cheerful Palestinian staff credit for hospitality and hard work. Yet after six nights there my family and I left with mixed feelings. It all depends on what you looking for and the Old City is hard to find reasonably priced accommodation, In our case we had lost two previous...

I booked this hotel after reading all the nice reviews on Trip Advisor. We normally think TA is very accurate. Not this time. This hotel is in need of a major renovation, nothing new about it. The staff is friendly but the place is in very poor shape. Our room had staind bed cover, old linens with the bed sheet...

The New Imperial Hotel is situated just inside the Jaffa Gate. It is perfect for visiting Jerusalem. All of the Old city is accessible with only a few minutes walk. The hotel is old/quirky/fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, even printing our on-line boarding tickets and organising transport to the airport. I would defiantly stay there again.

This hotel is great! Delicious food, amazing service, we absolutely recommend it! The hotel is situated close to the Western Wall and old city of Jerusalem, rooms are big and comfort, wifi is free. And the employees are very friendly.

The review on here said Miss Marple would have been happy to stay here and she certainly would have loved the friendly staff , old world charm and high ceilings. Fast wi- fi and hot showers with good TV coverage and a chef who couldn't do enough to help. All in all a lovely place to stay . Don't worry...

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was easy to find for those who new to the Old city, Jerusalem. The staff were all kind and helpful which made me feel home away from home. Breakfast was plenty and good. The room was spacious and comfy. A fridge and an electric kettle were provided in room. There was no...

My wife & I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every bit of it. Sure it isn't a 5 star hotel, but there is no such thing within the Old City. We have been to Jerusalem 4 times and this is our first time stopping in the actual Old City itself. If we come here again we will only...
