At at the hotel 'restaurant' as part of a tour group. The food on offer was actually atrocious - see photo if you need confirmation. Meat over cooked. Vegetables so over cooked they could be mashed without even needing to hold the plate. Potatoes were hard in the middle. Food slopped on the plate like a school cafe - seriously... More

The staff is so kind and helpful. The food is very good and the workout area is the best I think in Israel. The room was clean/comfortable and quiet. From my room I had a view of Bethlehem. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel and it was nice. Elevator was a bit small, but adequate.

We were part of a large group staying at the Ramat Rahel Hotel. It is perched about Jerusalem with lovely views and relatively easy access to downtown (both the old and new city). There is a wonderful sports complex with a swimming pool, exercise equipment and a hot tub. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffets are delicious... More

My wife and I stayed here in November as part of a group and are quite happy. The hotel is a little outside of Jerusalem, but the city center can be reached in approx. 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Our room was big, modern and clean, with all the usual equipment of a 4 star hotel. The food buffet for... More

The hotel was very run down., There were stains on the sofa and the carpet, furniture was scratched and chipped. The shampoo/soap was in a dispenser on the wall, towels were rough. The sheets were of a poor quality and the comforter was not large enough to cover. The wifi connection was very poor. I stayed here with a tour... More

My wife and I booked a room for one night to attend a wedding and avoid having to drive back home for more than an hour in the middle of the night. For a 4-star hotel, we were disappointed.
