We stayed in an upgraded room that was clearly refurbished, clean and comfortable, well laid out and airy. Next door they had plumbing problems as the water leaked all over the floor and the hotel responded as if that was nothing new. We did find a centipede in the bathroom which is only natural considering the hotel is smack in...

you need a gps to know how to get there. Breakfast is correct no more. There is no map inside the hotel so you do not know where is your room. The pool bracelet is a joke. People working at the Hotel are honest people, i lost my car key near the car, somebody find it and gave it back...

Nice room. More updated than the kibbutz at the Sea of Galilee. Breakfast and evening buffets. Due to the time of year there wasn't any air conditioning but the worked hard in making us comfortable by getting windows in room unlocked. Very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very unfotunate to have such a bad service. The air conditioner was cooling instead of heating the room in a very cold rainy day. It took the service handy man 1 and half hours to come and fix it. The wind was also coming in from the outside balcony door and the room was freezing cold when we got in...

I was in Jerusalem overnight for a wedding at Ramat Rachel - so staying at the venue made it all so easy. The room was comfortable and covered most needs. The bar fridge was painfully noisy (so we unplugged it solving that problem). Free wifi was accessible in the room if one huddled up against the room door - and...
