The hotel has an events hall which had a celebration one night and was very noisy though it stopped before midnight. Overall service was good. Room was clean. They wouldn't bring breakfast to the room. We enjoyed the location and the small soaps smelled delicious.

We recently stayed at Prima Palace Hotel in Jerusalem. Very well located off Jaffa Road, a 20 minute walk to the old city. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, after a week it felt like our second home. Will stay here again when in Jerusalem.
