I'm very surprised to see all the rave reviews on this property. The walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors and the noises in the halls. Our shower was constructed so that only half of the bathroom was protected from the flow of water. The back of the bathroom door was seriously peeling from water damage. The room...

Primo Park is a great little hotel that is only a brief walk to the light rail. From there you're straight into the heart of Jerusalem and the Old City. It has well serviced rooms with good wifi and most outstandingly, a buffet with a huge variety of options for both dinner and breakfast. The omelets are a real treat.

The main selling points for me have been the great food and the good location. There is a good variety of food, catering to those who are more adventurous and want to try the local dishes and those who prefer something more familiar. The location is within walking distance of shops, museums and the old city. It is also just...

First time visit to Jerusalem and found the location excellent. It's close to the tramline or a thirty minute walk to Jaffe Gate if you feel energetic. The food is excellent- a lot of variation and fantastic especially as a vegetable lover.

Overall enjoyed my stay. The food was plentiful. Lovely buffets that change a little daily. The service is different from what I am used to but it appears to be like that all over Jerusalem. A little slow and they often seem to be dealing with more than one customer at once. Ok.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Food and staff are great. The room was tidy and clean and always well kept. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours very easily. Bar service was often slow. Unfortunately, while there, there was a problem with the alarms which meant that there was a sleepless night had....

Been here for nearly 2 weeks of the stay and has been great. Great dinner and breakfast daily with nice food and great staff. Sharing a room so sometimes can feel a bit small, but always clean and remade bed. Shame they only have Fox news, but great over all.

A good hotel, clean rooms and great food. Great location too. The only thing that could probably be improved is the service for beers at the bar. A little bit hit and miss and sometimes they accept credit cards... sometimes they don't!
