My feeling is that in general staff is not interested in...

This was an excellent place to stay in Jerusalem. The reception desk staff were wonderful, the room very comfortable and clean, and the location is great - walk around the corner to the light rail that goes to the shuk, Old City, etc, or walk up the street to the central bus stop for trips all over Israel! Best sandwich...

I had a one-night stay at the Prima Park Hotel. The staff was very nice, welcoming and offered a good service. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, they even prepared a breakfast box for me to take with me. Check-in and -out was flawless. Compared to the size of the hotel and amount of rooms, two...

Dear Pinga123, First of all i want to thank you for choosing the Prima Park hotel for your stay in Jerusalem. The experience of our stay was very bad on many counts. People at reception were usually unfriendly and wore a frown . Rooms were worn out , dusty and impersonal. Carpet in the gallery (2nd floor) stinks and so does the small fridge in the room. Bathroom fittings were coming out and doors needed some effort to close. In my...

We stayed here as part of a group tour. The rooms were very dusty and dirty. The table tops were not cleaned and the carpet was sandy at the corners. After entering the room my skin started to itch. My room heater was spoilt. After informing the reception for 2 days, they changed our room. The second room was cleaner...

Below, you will fin sections of an email drafted to the management of this hotel: 1. Very rude personnel. I arrived and no "good evening", nothing. I expected at least a cordial receptionist after traveling for over 16 hours oversea and we arrived at midnight. I asked what room number I was assigned. He did not even have the courtesy...
