As part of an organized tour of Israel, we were booked into the Dan Jerusalem for several nights while we went different direction during the day. The Dan Jerusalem is a beautiful property. The Lobby is spacious with beautiful fountains and skylights. Our room was very comfortable and clean, a wonderful haven to return to after long days of sightseeing....

Why only three stars. First the Good. The lobby was beautiful and I loved the content of the breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms needed an update. There was no extra plug anywhere for my phone, computer or blow dryer which wasn't in the room. I had to unplug the lamps to find outlets. My view overlooked the roof. Apparently the rooms...

Enormous, utterly polite and utterly impersonal, silent, lots of black-clad personnel walking around, not doing anything and not seeming to be in a hurry to get anywhere. The late lunch we had was very generous, well-cooked food and not really expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate if you eat that kind of thing, hot cheese cake and pizza are not...

We recently stayed at this hotel for part of our Holy Lands tour. It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The buffet breakfast and dinner were extravagant. They had more options than could be counted. The rooms were nice, updated, and modern. This hotel was also in a great location! Close to majority of the major tourist sites.

Good hotel, well situated. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Our visit was marred by the attitude nasty of a front desk employee. We stayed at 3 Dan hotels during our trip and this was the only unpleasant encounter we had with a staff member. *I think some retraining is in order. Rating would have been higher except for this encounter.

Our tour group stayed in 5 different hotels across Israel and Jordan and finally, this last one, was by far the BEST. It was clean, rooms were spacious, coffee and water bottles in the rooms and bathrooms had bath towels and were well stocked. The buffet was abundant and service was great although there were many tour groups present. My...

After staying in 2 hotels in Tel Aviv, I can definitely say that this hotel is a real upgrade. The hotel has a modern feel. You will immediately appreciate this as soon as you step in the lobby. The rooms are clean. The nightly buffet has a lot of choices and I even think that the management is all the...

This hotel is minutes away from Old Jerusalem and is absolutely beautiful! The lobby is incredible with waterfalls and colored lights at night. There is a lobby with a piano and lots of relaxing spaces throughout. There is a nice pool and a fantastic spa with a pool, gym and separate areas for men and women. The breakfast and dinner...

We travelled the Middle East for 21 days - the Dan Jerusalem Hotel was the best. The rooms are comfortable, rooms have many different views available. Our view was of an interior courtyard where there was a large fountain and children playing. Very nice. The lobby is modern with subdued lighting and a magnificent water feature. The fourth floor has...
