We, a group of six, spent four nights in this hotel in late December 2016. All of us were booked in a room advertised as "Superior Room, Balcony", I myself had room 314, so all observations refer to this category. Regarding the location of the Ambassador, all of us were quite happy with it. You can reach Damascus Gate (one...

I made a reservation for 3 adults at my arrival they charge me 150 more for an additional person, no manager willing to clarify the issue just pay and get away it was my experience. The only good part is that they offer breakfast buffet.

I love this hotel! The atmosphere is very hospitable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic! A comfortable bed and Wifi in the room are definitely also big plusses. The garden is very beautiful as well.

Just stayed for 4 nights at this hotel with a group. This hotel was very clean, organized and the staff was excellent. We also ate and there was a variety of foods. Fresh salads, soups, and many other varieties. The staff was always eager to help. We had an enjoyable and thank you Ambassador.

Stayed here together with a colleague for three nights during a business trip to Jerusalem, Ramallah. It's an average hotel, nice and clean room, pleasant staff at reception and restaurant. The breakfast is simple and the breakfast room can be pretty full depending on the number of tourists that stay in the hotel. We had a lunch and a dinner...

I just returned from Jerusalem and 5 nights at the Ambassador Hotel. My tour package included the hotel and a buffet breakfast and dinner each day. I was in Room 108, which had been recently updated. The bath was marble and travertine and everything was clean and worked properly. There was a thermostat in the room and the temperature was...
