The hotel was quite nice. The lobby and the rooms had been completely redone. The room was one of the largest we had during our vacation and was clean. Our biggest disappointment was their breakfast. They had the breakfast room setup very nicely, but all they gave you was bread and coffee/tea. They certainly can use help in this area....

Note at first that I am working in a big hotel supplier company and I have been in many hotels around Europe, during my visits to my customers. This hotel is out of any competition as it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed until now. I'm not going to stay at the point that it's totally different from the...

Stayed for two weeks and used the hotel as my base to visit Jerusalem. Accommodation was large, well furnished and I had a nice suite overlooking the gardens. Large balconies off both the bedroom and lounge. The initial thoughts on the place was it could have been dusted and more specifically hoovered! Breakfast was disappointing - only toast and choice...

We stayed during purim and easter, so it caused little problems, f.ex. we never got any key to our room so personal were there to keep on opening the door for us. And after breakfast we were starving. Tea, coffee and toust with jam was served and some cherials too, but...

Very good Hotel but if you like or need to sleep and get up late, I can asure you the staff are going to knock your door around 9am to ask if you want to clean the room or check if you used anything from the minibar and this was really something I did not like!

We weren't expecting this to be an entire suite. Kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom. Very nice! There were two small balconies, though our room didn't look toward much other than other hotels. The location was very convenient for getting to old town through the Damascus Gate. It was very quite. The only down side was breakfast. Not much more...
