Excellent food. Clean rooms and excellent gym. Be ready to do a bit of walking in taking the sights. Make sure you bring correct plugs for charging phone and camera. Be ready to leave clothing behind to make room for gifts.

The room was a bit on the small side. The maid did not clean thoroughly (a toothpaste cap that was on the bathroom floor when we arrived was still there two days later). I loved the breakfast buffet, but I did not like the dinner buffet. But the location is very good, so I would consider staying there again, but...

I've stayed here dozens of times. The staff is so friendly and warm and helpful. Ibrahim in the business lounge, Bassem and Naim in the dining room and all the staff at the reception are terrific! The location is great and considering all the positives, the price is very affordable.

We stayed in what looked like a renovated room. We paid extra for a larger room, which, while still small compared to US hotels, was adequate for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within (reasonable) walking distance to many key Jerusalem locations, including the Midrachov, the Old City, Machane Yehuda, Mamilla Mall. The room included parking, which is a...

A little fancier than Dan Panorama Tel Aviv, but no spa facilities. Needs to be able to make American martinis at the bar. I had no problem in Tel Aviv. Great service at both properties. Large restaurant. Carmel Lounge only $20 extra a day for food and drinks.

I returned for my annual trip to the Dan Panorama Hotel. I was happy to see my expectations were met and that they continue to be the great hotel I look forward to staying at. Staff I had never met, were at the front desk. Although they didn't know me, I was greeting nicely and appropriately. Later in the day....

Above my expectations. Fantastic location - about 15 minutes walk from Mamila Mall and 25 minutes walk to the Old City. Nice rooms, super clean, great service. It offers a breakfast buffet on the Israeli style. Amazing but I missed fresh squeezed juices.
