I stayed 4 nights in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and I had a marlevous view of the city. The food was incredible and so plentiful. There were many shops inside the hotel that offered gifts and souvenirs at excellent prices. What a place! I would certainly stay there...

The room was dirty, stains on the decorative pillows, stains on the curtains, bathroom floor was not clean, drains had plastic stoppers (when brushing your teeth you could peer into the drain and see the hair and gook), smell of dust, and then the lights in half the room did not work--I can see where this might work for them....

As a part of a planned tour, we stayed here for four nights. The chief complaint is that the rooms were less than we expected. Moths in the room and incomplete service (no towels one day) of the rooms was the norm.

Good location, near city center but relatively quiet and private. No tall building around the hotel. The design of building provides every room has wide view of the whole city, the sunrise/ sunset is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable, size is small though. I am confused that the single beds in twin rooms are sticking together to make it...

We stayed with all the family for Passover and got a great service from staff and management. We have stayed at the club floors, which have high class renovated rooms. Food was great, even in Pesach. Location is the best in Jerusalem, close to all tourist destinations. Very much recommended.
