The accomodations, food and ambience were awesome. One comment about keys if you are there for Shabbat. You receive a ''regular'' key for Shabbat. However, you need a doctorate in physics to know how to.open the lock. We finally had to call security, who showed how to turn the key a half turn and then engage the handle. I assisted many others over Shabbat in opening their doors. For a magnificent hotel, it is a foolish problem to give the guests. I highly recommend fixing that issue. Other than that...10/10!
Wonderful, pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with a vast selection of freshly prepared salads and dishes. Shabat dinner buffet was decadent and tasty. Rooms were immaculately cleaned and stocked well with ample towels. Shower gel was provided in the room but no other toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body lotion so make sure you bring your own which I do anyways.
The managers and front desk personnel were so welcoming and would strive to accommodate its guests' to make their stay comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Special thanks to managers and Noa and Sherin. Rooms were very clean. And, the strong water pressure and hot water were simply wonderful to enjoy at the end of a long touring day. The restaurant staff, in particular, Aya, and the food offered each day was super delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully presented. The coffee bar in the morning offered freshly made coffee with a smile. It was a perfect stay for 5 nights.
Stayed one night as a family of 5 across two rooms. Hotel was clean and modern with a fantastic pool (especially for Jerusalem). Breakfast was great considering the overall cost, which was much more reasonable than other similar hotels. Just bear in mind that the hotel is way out from the city centre so you really need a car to make the most of your stay if you're staying for a while as there's nothing really to do in the evening on site and there's nothing within walking distance. All the staff were polite and accommodating.
the hotel is excellent. the staff is helpful and kind. the rooms are very clean and the food is great. the pool is also very clean. there is a place for the kids to play. some of us wanted to delay their departue time, and there was no problem with that. we came, extended family, 15 people ranging from 2 month to 91 years old. and we all had a great time. we will, for sure, come again, thanks
Very clean, well maintained, hotel. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Best value for money. Pool was ok, you can get snacks and worm towels at the pool area. Thwy have nice activities for the kids as well. The only bad thing is that they have a lot of bees everywhere near the pool. My mom got stinged by one and she had to tqke medical care. Luckily, it wasn't one of the kids. They should take care of that.
This time we were upgraded to a room with a terrace. Not too busy as the middle of the week. Now the traffic noise is a problem as we are light sleepers ! But the hotel is great and the staff are as well. Great breakfast and still up to previous stays standard.
We were there for a conference. The hotel is away from the city center and getting in was confusing since the entrance is gated and the guard was sitting on the exit side. Once the guard let us in, parking was easy, the elevators are spread out through the hotel with minimal wait time. Also the front desk is on an upper floor. But the room was very nice, a good size for an Israeli hotel. The beds were very comfortable and not low to the ground. Very nice modern decor, good lighting, very modern bathroom, with good size rain shower, plenty of hot water. The hotel decor is attractive, conference rooms and dining room also first class. We loved the food. Plentiful buffets with lots of salad choices at each meal, great sides, choice of main course so even someone who is gluten intolerant and/ or vegetarian can fully enjoy the meals. We plan to return and even gift a night at the hotel as an anniversary gift to a special couple.…
Very clean room, I travelled with my son, he’s 5 years , perfect location for visiting Zoo and Oceanarium. You have also a cozy Ein Karem district near the hotel with amazing restaurant Karma. Very nice stuff and good price. I will recommend it 100%
We celebrated a bar mitzvah at the hotel. The level of service was above expectations. The food was of an excellent standard at the hotel. Highly recommend hotel services Chef Mr. Gili Ben Moshe Professional also provided the highest level of service to the kitchen staff and especially the event manager. Highly recommend hotel services
