This is the second time we have stayed at the Rafael Residence and returned because it offers so much. Our accommodation comprised a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom, though I believe other options are available in the complex for larger families. Linen was changed regularly and the apartment cleaned daily. There are two televisions,a sofa/bed in the lounge, a fully...

Very clean rooms. Good bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurants nearby. Loved being so close to the Harakevet path. Short walk to Emek Refaim (main thoroughfare for cute shops and great food and coffee.

I have just one word to describe the Rafael Residence Jerusalem. SUPERB. We were after a room and ended up with an apartment at a price you cannot believe plus parking thrown in for good measure. Modern, up-to-date and in pristine condition. Everything promised was there and it all worked. And what is better than one TV? Two of them...

I stayed here for seven nights in December whilst visiting friends. It is very close to Bet Lehem street, and thus there are some good restaurants and cafes very close by. It is also within easy reach of the main centre of Jerusalem. The accommodation consisted of a small bathroom, a fair-sized bedroom with double bed, and living quarters with...

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights in February 2016. The communication from the staff started before we arrived with emails making sure that the rooms would be ready for us on our arrival. The location is great- near the original train station which has recently been renovated and a very short walk from Emek Refaim. The rooms were decent...

After a faulty air conditioner spoiled our Tel Aviv weekend plans, we escaped to the Rafael Residence for a Saturday night. And boy are we glad we did. The facility's location right in the heart of Emek Refaim gave us an abundance of dining options. As we arrived large throngs were checking out - I imagine that the residences can...

Traveling as a group of 12, we thought we did our homework in finding the right place to spend a week in Jerusalem. We were hoping for ways to engage the community, experience the culture, and understand the people. We were not disappointed! First, the staff, Aviva and Lior went over and above in meeting our requests, before our arrival...

I stayed here for one night in early September. On the positive side, the location is good and the staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. I am not sure if I was given one of the older suites but I can't say that I share the general view on the quality of the rooms. I was left disappointed both with...

We stayed two nights at Rafael Residence in Bakah Jerusalem. We were welcomed by Lior who was freindly and efficient. We received at first a room which had a view to another building. We asked if we could change to a better located suite. He immidiately arranged it. The suite included everything one needs for the holiday.
