My father and I traveled to Jerusalem after spending a few days in Tel Aviv. The staff welcomed us and shared information about the area, tours, transport etc. We believed that the amazing breakfast that received great reviews was included in our stay but we were told that it was not. They made an exception due to the mix up...

Upon our arrival there was beverages and cookies. We were in a corner room, so it was a bit uniquely shaped, but it was fine. We had a king size bed, which was very comfortable, a very large closet, chairs, etc. The toilet was in a separate room from the sink and bathtub/shower. The hotel had a buffet breakfast and...

The service here was exelent, with great meals, rooms, and room service. The meals consist of quality food, which would otherwise be found in very fancy restaurants. The rooms are amazing, with great beds, televisions, and bathrooms. The room service makes you want them to hire them for your house.

This is a very nice 4 star (I think it’s a 4 star) hotel located in a very convenient place just a few minutes’ walk to the Damascus gate of the old city. The facilities are updated, the food is decent, the service is very good, and the WiFi works fine. I should add that we were on the business...

I really liked this hotel, spacious, quality rooms with amazing views at night from the balcony. The food was great and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of variety and some quality products. The bar was open late and they kept me topped up with pretzels. The hotel was a short walk away from the tram stop, not a problem...

Arrived after a long day walking around Jerusalem, check in was quick and the Hotel upgraded our rooms to a balcony view over the city. Rooms were very comfortable with toiletries, take a flannel as they do not provide these. We opted for the dinner buffet in the restaurant and had a lovely meal, lots of choice, we had 3...

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is not to far from the Old City, you can walk there. Meals are served buffet style and the food was surprisingly good for serving that many people. Rooms were quiet and clean. The bathrooms are pretty small and could use some updating.

My wife and residents of Katamon, Jerusalem. Because we wanted to attend Passover seder at our daughter's home in Geulah we decided to stay at the Leonardo as it was in walking distance. While we had stayed at the hotel years ago when it was a Novotel we chose it for its location. Our son-in-law knew the hotel and booked...
