Visited Jerusalem as a family and picked this hotel as its location and ratings were good and we were not disappointed. There were 6 people in the party and an infant. On arrival, the check in was quick and smooth and they allowed us to adjust the rooms without any difficulties, allowing us to stay in 3 adjacent rooms. We...

Although we arrived late at night spending only the night. Was very close to everything. I'ts in a Arab part of town, people and staff are very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent !! and the server so polite & sweet. Rooms were clean and we had a beautiful beautiful view. We walked everywhere, to the Wailing wall...

We stayed at the hotel for one week. The hotel is in the eastern part of Jerusalem and it is a short, maybe 10-minutes, walk from the Old City. Very good location! The rooms are clean, spacious and very nice. The hotel has a roof-top terrace with good views over Jerusalem. Btw: fast and free wifi in the rooms/lobby :)

The room was proper and mostly meeting the expectations we had when we had booked. The staff is very kind and they have helped us in dealing our problems with the bad weather. The only observation I have is about the heating system: our room was at the end of the corridor and we needed to keep the heater on...

I stayed for one night. This is a hotel in East Jerusalem, and it's location is excellent for exploring the old city. The rooms are basic, but clean. Staff are very helpful. Definitely I will stay again in this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The free breakfast in the morning is outstanding and the hotel location is close to Old Jerusalem. The hotel is in East Jerusalem, but the area is safe and the people are very friendly.

We picked this hotel primarily due to the closeness to the Old City which was our primary goal during our 3- day stay in Jerusalem. However, as it turned out it was a scoop because also the rooms, the people and the general standard of the hotel was a positive meeting. You have to walk through a very arab neighbourhood...

The Ritz is a short walk from Herod's Gate and the Old City, so is convenient for travellers wishing to explore one of the most fascinating places in the world. The hotel is in need of a little updating but the facilities are as advertised. The lobby, corridors and communal areas were spotlessly clean, as were the rooms many of...
