The professional photos on trip advisor are exactly how the hotel is. Its very clean hotel and located just outside the herods gate (i think!) - one of the main gates to old city and al aqsa. In the old city is where markets and...More
Stayed here after moving from another hotel & was very impressed overall.
The rooms were quiet (even with a busy street below), the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was extensive and adequate.
Location is very close to Damascas Gate (8 minute walk).
This hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to the Damascus gate and several places to eat. It is also close to a shuttle that goes to the Jordanian border which was good for me in my travels. The rooms are very old...More

As for the wifi. It is present and it is free (well, included in your room rate would be more accurate I guess). There are two portals within the hotels and so your device will straddle between the two, dependant on where you are. It's good enough to go on Facebook, send messages/emails but you wouldn't be able to stream a film sort of thing. I made Internet voice calls but I didn't attempt a video call. Connection was alright on audiocall.
