Don't be tricked into staying in the "Royal Wing". There are two towers in this hotel, and from what I can see it is like night and day. The Royal Wing should have been condemned years ago, the rooms are not what you see in the pictures, fungus growing in places fungus has no right growing in, holes in the...

The Ramada hotel is located very close to the centre of Jerusalem, and is a spacious and modern hotel. The rooms and facilities are well laid out and modern. The dining facilities were great. The hotel is within a short walk to a light rail station, which enables easy access to many parts of Jerusalem. The major issue that we...

Justs spent a few days at the Ramada Jerusalem. They recently renovated the rooms and they are conmfortable. However, I wouldn't rate it luxurious. The public areas are large and reasonably comfortable but need renewal. The food was plentiful and tasty. I did have two disapointments. Although they are part of the Wyndham Hotel chain, they are not part of...

We stayed here for a weekend to be near family. I have stayed in many hotels in Israel and have never had such unappetizing food. The breakfast was especially bad. However, we stayed on the executive floor and had a spacious room overlooking the pool. The shower is not designed well and leaks on to the bathroom floor. We really...

Went there last month with friends and had a great time. Food was delicious and rooms were clean and well taken care of. Will definitely go back there next time! Oh and check out indoor and outdoor pools!

Hi! Recently went to Israel and we stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Jerusalem. We had a great time. Initially I was worried because of the bad reviews on this site, but the service was great, the rooms were clean and the food was tasty and plentiful. Would go back again!

This hotel is also known as Royal Wing, Ramada Hotel and supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, which is unfortunately not reflecting its 4 stars :-( The hotel looked quite old & the rooms were small. The lifts were very very slow. Fortunately, the breakfast was surprisingly quite good :-)

Do not belive the nice reviews, they are fake! The service is horrible! The workers treat the guests like crap, yell at them and do everything wrong on purpose. Also the sheets were always dirty and the rooms were tiny. Stay away if you want to enjoy your vacation.

A Hotel in one of the most mystical cities in the world but... This could be a very nice chain hotel if only it would be maintained and baisically renewed. The hotel is well situated, has very good infrastructure, but it is not very well maintained just for example the "stench" that we encountered in the meeting room area was...
