I married off a daughter living in Israel in August and we had the Shabbos Sheva Berachot at the Ramada. We rented approximately 40 rooms. We had adults, adults that required wheelchair access, children, children that required cribs, rooms that required adjacent rooms. It was a complicated shabbos for all the needs that were required. There were no hiccups. Everything was handled professionally. The meals were over the top. Many, many varieties of dishes from fish to meat to chicken to vegetables, to soups. Sueda Shlishit had much variety as far as "milichig" goes. Erev Shabbat there were snacks and there was an afternoon oneg. It was a beautiful Shabbos. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The head came in many times to make sure all was in order. I would highly recommend using the Ramada for such an event. Thank you to all!…
There are very many wonderful places to stay in Jerusalem; yet we continue to stay exclusively at the Ramada. From its Platinum Glatt Kosher standards that cannot be beat anywhere in Jerusalem; to Omar at the reception; and of course a BIG shout-out to Dan Athlan at reservations who always goes the extra mile (extra kilometers :-) to make our accommodations so hospitable. Dan, we really couldn’t have done it without you…. Thank you to all that make our stay so pleasant. See you again very very soon
Sorry but this hotel was once apon a time The hotel now its shocking, carpets haven't been changed in 30 years I had to do DIY to the room, when I was there as shower hook was broken then only to find out that there's no hot water so cold showers for my 2 week stay was delightful and just before I left I found out that the top 2 floors have been redone in the last few years but hay no kids are allowed up there
We celebrated the Sheva Brachot (one of the 7 days of rejoicing) of our grandson in the Delilah hall of the Ramada Jerusalem. It is the fourth function celebrated by our family (2 generations) in the Ramada. The function was a tremendous success. The setup, cleanliness, catering and presentation was perfect. Plenty of delicious food and drinks were delivered with joy. The dessert was fabulous. The atmosphere was electrifying. Last but not least we wish to thank Mr. Yaakov Kessler, the best catering manager I ever met for his wonderful suggestions and I'm out for the success of the event. We received everything he promised and more. He even surprised us by addressing us and expressing his good wishes during the function. The hotel management should be very proud to have him. Thank you very much for this unforgetful event. Menachem and Dina Steiner My score 10 out of 5..... EXCELLENT…
The Ramada was a wonderful experience. The service was great, and the food was tasty, delicious and nutritious. The rooms were clean. The reservation manager, Dan, made sure every part of our stay was exemplary.
We really missed the Ramada, our home away from home, when it was closed during COVID. No swimming or working out in the health club where we are members, no overnight or weekend getaways, and no summertime outdoor barbecues. We are so happy that the Ramada has re-opened! We are back at the health club, we were at two of the fabulous poolside barbecues, and we stayed over during the holiday of Shavuot. We are really looking forward to being back for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. I must single out one staff member, who has been a true pleasure to work with since the reopening. Dan Athlan, the Reservations Manager is very helpful in making sure that we have just the right accommodations to fit our needs. The Ramada is lucky to have such a gem on staff, one who truly understands the meaning of customer service.…
A very good location with a car- near main roads, yet 1 km from the central city, and 3 km from the ancient city. A walking distance. Many facilities, including inner swimming pool, as well an external one, working sauna,... BUt, it needs some renovation, they do try, but don't succeed to keep the pace.
You get what you pay for. I had no grand expectations and was not disappointed. We stayed one night as we were in Jerusalem for a wedding. The check in and check out staff were pleasant enough. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of salads, breads, eggs etc. As one would expect. The room was plenty big enough and quiet , however, it really needs a good clean and a coat of paint.
Very satisfied with the excellent and professional customer service that Dan Athlan, reservations manager was able to greatly accommodate my family and I ! Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends, Five star service ! Thank you Dan
