After having an expensive set of headphones go missing from my room, I felt uncomfortable in the hotel. Keys are left on the reception desk for anyone to pick up. The location is good but comfort is not. There was no air conditioning available as apparently the heating was still being used and would only be changed over on May...

We stayed 4 nights at Knights Palace. It is a great location close to the New Gate. The internet did not work well at all and it did not work in guest rooms at all. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff are very friendly. We also enjoyed our dinners there. The beds were comfortable but I did not...

Stayed for one night due to an overbooking mistake from our selected hotel. The front desk staff is gracious, helpful and efficient. The server in the restaurant is friendly. That's all the positive I can think of. Negatives: if you are given a room in the courtyard, prepare to go through 2 flight of stairs with your luggage. The rooms...

We were part of a tour party that had booked the nearby Gloria Hotel (under the same management) but, due to over-booking, we were told to stay here instead. Think we got the better deal, as ambiance, service and food seemed far better here than at the higher-rated Gloria. There are some glitches with furniture and fixtures and you can...

Here for the first time with a little group of pekegrins, we arrived at 12.25. The room for lunch is downstairs respect the lobby. Ancient place, like castle. The buffet is big, but with not so many different and various dishes of vegetables, meat, fish or sweet. By the way, i suggest this place for a nice lunch near the...

High ceilings, art that conveys the Crusades, a great breakfast... This place is one of the more unique hotels I've ever visited. There is plenty of room for improvement in decor and such, but if you're looking for a safe and comfortable place with character, this might be it. Massive walls. Imposing art. Skeleton keys. The staff was great. The...

This hotel is truly "one of those places". Located just inside New Gate in the Christian quarter of old Jerusalem, the KP is close to all the major attractions in the old city....especially the Church if the Holy Sepulchre. The hotel has a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good and the bar is a lively...

The Knights Palace is a glorius place to stay within the Old Walled City and its just a 3 minute walk to New Gate. I was her in January and again this month (October) and there is no other place I would rather stay at. The food is just right, a balance of Western and Eastern cuisine. Comfortable Rooms with...

Great location for getting around - small and friendly. Our room was a tired and in need of upgrading -no tea/coffee making facility and nothing provided during the day by the hotel - a bit of a problem when you have been out all day! Breakfast was fine - selection of meats, cheeses, fruit (but the fruit came out of...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a tour group. Their door locks are old style push button and key locks. They ask you to leave your key at the front counter when you leave. Apparently they only have one key per room. The key is connected to a large piece of wood, kind of like...
