I stayed at this hotel very recently and enjoyed my time here. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and speak good English and are always happy to help. In terms of location, it is fantastic. I was able to get to the Al-Aqsa masjid within five minutes for all my prayers and wander round the Old City on foot! From...

The location is wonderful can see the wall from the hotel, we were worried we wouldn't be able to find our way back but it's well labeled so it's hard to miss. The rooms were the cleanest I stayed in in all of the Middle East (and many other places to be honest). The staff was very friendly and speaks...

Stayed for three nights for a visit to Al-Aqsa. Advised to ask for room 320 - 325 for a direct view to Dome of the Rock. Room is spacious. Have options for twin or double bed. The only aspect the management must look into is the shower. The bathroom is not a split level - hence when you have your...

Best location for spiritual journey. Not far away from Aqsho Mosque. So, you can take a photograph from the room. Very friendly staff too. But, it's hard to find store which sell mobile phone and the sim card. Most of all, there is no hard feeling about the services of this hotel. Bring me back there please :D.

This hotel is located very close to Damascus Gate, you can do everything just walking. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, a friendly staff, the dinner of you want is a buffet but we asked to eat something different and in the reception they called a pizza delivery for us. Breakfast included and many choices. A very good place...

Holy Land Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. To begin with, it is across the street, and down a short side street, from Damascus Gate, a three minute walk. So if you're taking the bus from the Jordanian border, as we were, this is where you get off. Second, our room had a lovely view of the Dome of...

The owner is nice and the night clerk, I wanted to take him home with me, but honestly this isn't a welcoming hotel. The location is fine. Very hard to find, very expensive for the area, lots of tours are staying here. My room had a noisy air conditioner which took an argument to get fixed or moved. The tile...

Stayed here for four nights at the end of a 3 week geckos tour. Definitely excellent value as part of that package. It was fairly quiet due to a general downturn in tourism (still a couple of annoying Christian coach groups with their self righteous capacity to get in your way all the time) but the proximity to the old...

The entrance and lobby are unassuming but the rooms at this hotel are modern, well-equipped and have only recently been renovated. They are remarkable value in this expensive city. The bed and linen were excellent; the bathroom had a powerful.shower and plenty of hot water . The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful; everyone was friendly...

A disappointing entrance but as they say don't judge a book by its cover, nice clean spacious rooms. The bathrooms are big very clean and the showers were surprisingly powerful. The staff were very friendly although at times minor communication problems occurred. A good choice of breakfast and the location speaks for it self less then five minutes away from herods...
