Stayed here for several nights as part of an organised tour of Israel in June 2015. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from Herod's Gate and far enough away from the busy road which follows the city walls, so it's slightly quieter than it could be. There's a small courtyard just off the road...

The hotel staff and management thank you for staying at our hotel, We also thank you for the great comments you mentioned about the hotel and staff. Concerning the triple rooms with old city view we can add an extra bed but we usually don't prefer to so that the room will stay spacious. We hope to see you again...

Location is unparalleled, giving access to the center market and a less than 10 min walk to the Dome. It was a great experience, and the staff is extremely friendly. Also, you can ask for access to the roof. Once you're there, you have a marvellous view of the Old City, Herod's Gate, and the Aqsa mosque. Fast free wifi...

I really loved staying here; right by Herod's Gate in East Jerusalem. New soaps and shampoos every day; the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous telling me information about affordable transportation.

We are staying at Holyland now. Holyland provides indispensable things. Room is tidy. We are satisfied with Airconditioner, safe box, bathroom, free wifi well used in the room, location. Most of all, a manager is very helpful and hospitable. We don't have any problem about a noise.

I've stayed at the Holy Land Hotel for one week each of the past four years. The location is fantastic. A short walk from the Lion's gate entrance to the old city and a 10 minute walk from Damascus Gate. Four years ago the hotel itself was not so great. Same goes for three years ago. But they are finally...

It was very interesting watching the Jews praying and singing to God. We then spent two hours walking the paths where Jesus walked, which was very busy and hilly and lots of little shops....
