Nice people. Lovely outdoor area with flowers; picturesque. Our twin room was clean but basic. Not a lot of amenities. I asked for tissue (kleenex type) and they said they don't provide it, but in my case they went out of their way to give me a package. They have a decent breakfast which can get you through the day...

Rechavia is a great neighbourhood, and this old-style hotel is justly famous. We made the mistake of checking in on the Sabbath - stupid of us, so we didn't get our room till 9 in the evening. Avoid that if possible! Also, parking is hard to find and expensive. I would recommend leaving the car at one of the large...

Only 15 minutes walking distance from the Jaffa Gate. Simple but clean rooms. Parking nearby. Quiet neighbourhood and many great restaurants nearby. – Friendly and well organised crew. - WE would choose this hotel again.

A good basic accommodation. Front office staff were very friendly. Room is small but fine, but the Duna in the cupboard needs a good clean. Neither the air conditioner nor the TV worked. But we didn't need them. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Free coffee all day.

The best thing here was the warmth of all staff, particularly those at the desk. Always ready to be helpful. The location could not have been better for a tourist. To top it off, rates among best I found in Jerusalem.

It is not the first time that we visit this hotel chain and it was really nice. We came with 2 toddlers and got a room with 2 single beds and another 2 single beds that were arranged like one big bed. The beds were split with a wall, so each "mini room" had his own TV. The bathroom is...
