This is a lovely boutique, neighborhood hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming as well as helpful and kind. The restaurent downstairs was excellent, for both breakfast and dinner. I felt bad that we were the only diners there one might for dinner. The breakfast had delicious condiments, all fresh and homemade. I was surprised and pleased to find gourmet...

A real shoot of fresh air for the frequent travellers which normally have to stay in the hotels which belong to big chains... Full of nice small details, chocolates in the room, selection of extremly good teas in the room, all amenities, nice staff, very friendly. Rooms are big enought, nice bathroom. Hotel is located in Carmel mountain, near Haifa...

OK, this is small hotel with some 15 rooms, attentive staff, location in a quiet neighborhood close to the street where it is all happening in Haifa. It looks like someones' big house rather, this gives it a nice homey feeling. Good restaurant downstairs. Breakfast till 12:00 (luxury!). Other that that - the rooms need repair and serious soundproofing. Shower...

This was the worst experience, and never again. I have dragged my entire family to stay here for the holidays. We reserved three rooms. Upon arrival there was a bad odor in the entrance lobby of the hotel. The room was smaller than we expected. We have asked for the biggest / luxury rooms, all they could say is that...

I love in general boutique hotels but this one is defiantly not. it is more a 3 stars hotel but the cost was very high. they don't even offer mineral water which you should expect when you paying 200$ ++ per night. the decoration saw better days. the balcony was nice, but at night it was very noisy. the bed...

We stayed for a night at this hotel. We ordered a suite which was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, a very large flat TV in front of the bed, a Jacuzzi (a little bit narrow), separate WC and washroom. I liked that there were books in the room. The door was not acoustic enough and the AC unit...

Really a very nice hotel in Haïfa, far from the touristic zone very calm and mainly with local customers, it will make you discover the real Israeli way of life. Receptionists and personals are the kindest we have encountered from a long time. Really ready to please you every time the best they can. We stayed 6 nights our room...
