The hotel does not have an elevator, access is via stairs only. They changed our room 4 times. The first had no power, the second had water running down the wall and smelled of mold, the third had no extra bed and the fourth was what we stayed in. The closet was very dirty and moldy and the musty smell is in the whole room. The bathroom does not have a shower door and water fills the entire bathroom. The extra bed for my daughter was broken. Mattresses are horrible. The staff didn't freak out when I complained about the rooms. The hotel does not seem to have the structure to receive customers at the moment and should not even be called a Hotel and needs an urgent general renovation. We only accepted to stay because we came from far away and we couldn't go home. WE DON'T RECOMMEND!!!…
Dirty, broken fixtures, unprofessional staff. We tried to change rooms and were told the hotel was full, but when we complained to the manager we were told we should have changed rooms!!! What a horrible place, do not go there.
normal place for a bit of money, but: due to our lack of attention the location of the hotel is to the airport! Needless to say that we have not nearly slept ... the sheets have not been changed for 4 days. Staff members were kind ! The room for 4 people actually was for 3 and the second bed was cut and pips in it.
The place is 👌 travelling with bus from airport, because it takes just 5 minutes for a walk. Location with the beach, caffes, sightseeing places is wau! Everything is near :) The services are really nice and helpful! Everything what you need is on the room. Just bathroom isn’t so well prepared, need a little bit renovation 💪🏻
Horrible and disgusting. Reception is a dodgy room with a guy that barely speaks English, no customer service. Smelly (weird synthetic smell), noisy, overused appliances (plastic kettle smelled terrible, no mugs available) Location next to a main noisy street AND airport; with a terrible balcony view to that street and airport. Windows do not block the noise. I paid 130£ for 2 nights and ended making a booking for A HOTEL to scape this antro. I will also report it to the Hotel Association authorities.
"Rich Royal Suites" is an amazing place to stay while on holiday in Eilat! Wonderful for couples, stylish, great atmosphere, warm customer service, perfect location and all for a more than fair price! Will absolutely be returning.
Made a reservation with them via Booking.com. Free cancellation until seven days out. On the sixth day out, an emergency kept me from making my trip. I contacted the hotel through booking.com and they said they would work with me after I cancelled my reservation (and pay the full amount). After cancelling, I contacted the property directly via email, asking for a reduction in payment. No response. Though I tried cancelling one day too late, their dealings with me were pretty shady. Wouldn’t recommend.
Free parking New bedrooms with a nice full equipped kitchen Very nice spacious shower The staff was really helpful and efficient The location is perfect as everything is in walking distance No breakfast provided
These units are fairly new, they have a little kitchen with microwave, clean shower, large double bed, extra sofa beds, nice patio at front, they are situated above shops and money exchange and have free parking across the road. We were here during Yom Kippur and the price was amazing for what it offered. The only few things: wifi was weak, it’s more than 6min to beach 🏖 we mostly took the car 🚗 and they carried noisy renovations during the holiday. Other than that, it was perfect, I’d stay here again
Clean, excellent location, excellent value for money and as good as many expensive hotel rooms I have stayed in in the past. The room had a huge TV, lots of space and all the modcons you could want. I was worried as some of the reviews were bad, but the rooms were actually just like the photos.
