Not the first time here, and again we enjoyed! The staff was great, helpful and polite, in the reception, during breakfast, and the cleaning staff as well. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel size, was clean and quite. Breakfast is not huge, but you get a lot of everything, savoury and sweet, juice, coffee, and eggs made on the spot to your taste. In general, quite, (boutique), and very relaxing experience.
Nice and clean hotel in a prime location. Very good breakfast . Located very close to all attractions and transportation. Very nice and helpful staff. Swimming pool is nice and the price is ok for Eilat
The hotel and the team are very welcoming. Location is good , though not sea view... Pool and other spaces are highly maintained. Good and rich breakfast. It was beyond expected, surlly recommand for other , good worth for your money
Thank you it was good to be here again , The breakfast was good the room was clean and good . It was only one night but it was a good experience No kids in the hotel it’s a good For business staying Nice swimming pool
It’s just an ok hotel priced at mid-high price. The room was ok, I didn’t like the fact that the bath faucet is right next to the bed and not in the bathROOM. The bed was NOT comfy at all. Breakfast was nice as well. All in all, it is placed quite well in the city with easy to walk everywhere.
Its the first time that im visit the hotel Soleil. It was a really surprise and nice place to stay in Eilat. The crew are very friendly. The location is in the middle of the city and you don't need to move your car. I will be back.
I'll start with the pros. We were upgraded without even asking. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the whole place is very charming. The breakfast is really delicious and the staff at breakfast is so so nice!!! The restaurant where breakfast is served us really sweet and new. Nice feeling. We had dinner in the restaurant as well with a 20% discount since we're hotel guests and it was very delicious. There's a cute pub bar in the hotel too! The pile looks nice alright it's not heated in the winter. The price is definitely great for what you get! I'd stay again. My husband wouldn't. The cons- the room design is very cold feeling, really no warmth at all, although it's sort of fun, but you sort of feel like you're sleeping in a bathroom. The wallpaper on the ceiling has started to peel. The stainless steel in the bathroom needs a lot of polishing as it's starting to rust. Our mattress was extremely hard. They tried their best to help and put another softer mattress on top but it was much smaller than the bed so it was too small for two people. We had to improvise and turn it sideways and put lots of pillows. It worked in the end but.... …
We are a family of 5 persons and have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in 2 rooms. The hotel is definitely follows its Boutique title. The location is great, rooms were spacious, bathroom was great and buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel stuff was very helpful, the pool lifeguard was looking for us to bring us towels, which was very nice from him. Highly recommended!
We had an excellent experience with everything: staff, food, room, location. The all inclusive is worth the money as you can find a quality variety of food, fruits and drinks (including alcohol). You will spend a lot more for 3 meals a day if you eat out/drink alcohol at the restaurants in the Eilat Marina. So the all inclusive is a guarantee that you’ll eat very good food and also have cost control over your spending. Location is excellent, near to the bus station, and the room view (pool view) is awesome as you can look into the lagoon. The staff is well trained and they will do everything that is possible to make you feel welcomed. Also, Marlena - the PR manager, is a very nice person, attentive to guest’s needs and a very good professional. It’s a pleasure to talk to her if you have the chance to meet. We definitely recommend this location!…
Let's start with the pros: the room was nice, clean and the hotel is in a good location just few mins from the main promenade. Cons: breakfast is not managed by the hotel anymore, it's subsided and we noticed clearly the difference comparing to the last time that we were here. Poor selection, not at the level that we were expecting. TV in the room wasn't working, we couldn't use the elevator and the room's door needs to be checked because it doesn't close properly
