Pros:The hotel is nice even though it feels outdated, the food is great, the rooms are nice. Cons: people are smoking around the pool and around the kids pool, i even met a guy smoking an e sigareth in a theater - all are agians the law but no one cares. The pool area is dirty and animal are eating the leftovers during the entire day. No one care or even trying to handle the smoker even around the kids. I total, we had a great family time, but i don't think we'll come back to this hotel again.
The most special experience I have ever had in an Israeli hotel .service of staff was incredible and felt like family . Hard to find a hotel with such high quality standards but also makes a personal experience for each guest. Thank you Tal and Liran
My friends and I couldn't stop talking about how awesome this hotel is. All Inclusive just went up to another level in our books. Everything is fantastic, (and yes we did get treated to a platter of fruits and wine as we entered our room) from the 5 star accommodations to the most gourmet buffet extravagant cuisines, constant non stop unlimited food refreshments and drinks, yes i mean spiked up beverages too which you can enjoy all day and night long from 6 am until 12 am at a fully loaded bar with the craziest cocktails like you feel like you are in the tropicals. Not to mention the slushes ice coffees and cappuccinos that are available to you at your own convenience. And don't forget you will have a bar by the pool and beach as well. Numerous of exciting and crowd pulling shows musical and dance performances innovative activities sports and lots of fun especially catered to the family and kids. With the many talented skilled and friendly staff members and personnel (Shout Out to Roberto, Chen and Shai) at the hotel you won't know what hit you, like wow they are all single handedly picked out to give all the guests here an entertaining fun and amusing time and experience. No wonder this place knows what they are doing because they have Tal (vp) and Liran (director) on top, administering the entire hotel so smoothly with such authentic care and professionalism. We felt at home away from home here, it's like one big welcoming and warm family. It was hard to leave such amazing place and we can't wait to be back soon! I did circus and it was the best because Jessica was here to help me all the way I learned so many things from her and her team I’m from America it was fun to find people from around the world I really recommend everyone to come to the trapeze amazing
We are a vegan family and the hotel took very good care of us and made us also special food. We enjoy also the sport activities (trapeze? Tennis, basketball...) We have a good time at the swimming pool and on the beach and it was nice to have active bar and snacks everywhere.
Very disappointing! We arrived at the weekend, a couple + 3, the two rooms we got at the level of a youth hostel, smell of mildew in the hallway and rooms, defective toilets, the air conditioner control is not working properly. Very low level of equipment (no hot drink stand, minimal shower, etc.). The congestion in the hotel is well felt - in the service and availability of the hotel services. This is not the standard of a 5 star hotel!
This was my family's third time at the hotel , the last time being way back in 2013 Because the hotel was expecting many new guests , we were given the option of using the facilities at the U Splash water park, situated at the entrance to Eilat FOR FREE , so that other guests ( to the U Coral beach ) could register earlier . Our room ( 223 ) was a " concession's room ", and there was a strong smell of cigarettes wafting in the room , which took several hours to " disappear " ,( parking is also an "issue " ) , that being said , the rest of the experience(s) in the hotel were great Children of all ages , along with their parents , were well looked after by the helpful staff . Bottled chilled water , so important in this part of the world, was always available ( for free ) , and there barely seemed to be an hour between breakfast , and the end of the evening meal , when there wasn't hot food available in the dining room !!. The " invisibles " , the floor cleaners ,waiting staff , room cleaners etc were constantly busy keeping the hotel " spick and span " , and the entertainment staff , ESPECIALLY those who participated in the Saturday evening shows - ( see pictures ) were truly amazing . This is an all inclusive experience - folk who love windsurfing etc , pool parties , evening shows ,or simply enjoying well made food several times a day , will I think , love this resort…
We stayed at U Coral Beach in Eilat during a week. Great hotel with outstanding facilities : clean and spacious rooms, fantastic shows, direct access to the pool, nice and various food, beautiful pools, various sport activities. Special thanks to Tal and Robertino for their warmth, availability and professionalism. Thanks also to Guy and Eyal in the reception. Yoni A.
First time in this hotel and certainly not the last time First time in this hotel and certainly not the last time A charming hotel with lots of fun for kids. Varied and delicious food water sport Bow and arrow Snorkeling Beach Pool Spa Excellent quality dairy restaurant Really delicious food
I am writing this review while we are still at the hotel. Disappointment is not exactly the word I would use to describe my feelings about this place, but I couldn’t find anything better. I have booked this place because it was advertised as the “best hotel in Eilat”, ultra all inclusive. It is nothing like what it is sold for. The rooms are old and unkept. The public areas are the same. A wheelchair hardly fits the elevator. The carpet in the elevator is dirty. Public toilets are terrible. The private beach, which should be perfect is extremely neglected and unkept. All the sun beds and chairs are broken and very old. The accessible route ends halfway through, so wheelchair user cannot get to the waterline. Also the shaded areas are not accessible as the sand is quite soft and the wheels get stacked. Fortunately, the sea is terrific. The bars serve drinks in small and cheap plastic glasses of the kind you buy 100 glasses for 10 ILS. I must say though that the staff is nice and food is great. Like restaurant-level great. It’s delicious, diverse and well served. But the food is not enough to justify the cost (which almost two fold higher than other places in Eilat. At the end of the day, it feels like the hotel uses the fact that due to the pandemic people cannot go abroad and do whatever it takes to keep the expenses low and the costs high. Too bad. Pandemic will eventually end- bad experience will stay. I would certainly recommend hotels of the Isrotel chain or Dan Eilat.…
