I stayed at the hotel between 17.5 and 21.5. The hotel is outdated, the dining room is reasonable and the pool is standard. However the customer service is very poor. We booked a room for 2 people, arrived two co-workers, got a room with a double bed. We were told to call room service and they would come and split the beds. We called, the guy who arrived said that the beds can not be changed because the base does not allow it in the room and if you want you can arrange the sofa bed as a bed - in the same breath he recommended calling the reception to change our room. I went to the reception, I mentioned the situation, the clerk could not help and referred me to the hotel manager - she just shouted at me that I should not come to her or contact her, I told her that the receptionist referred me to her so I came - it did not really interest her. Realizing that another room I was not really going to get, I asked the room service to arrange the sofa for the bed. Room service arrived again and brought us a blanket sheet and pillow. I called customer service, said I did not pay less than any guest at the hotel, why should one of us sleep on a couch ?? The employee told me she had nothing to do, I asked a principal to get back to me. To this day (after the holiday) I am waiting for the same call. We slept with two adults when one was in bed and one on a couch (that could not be opened!) For an entire vacation. Another point, you can also get- Room with a view of the garbage cans and a wake-up call at 7 a.m. with a truck coming to evacuate them.

We had terrible service experience. I arrived with my girlfriend to Rosh Hashana’s vacation. As we entered the room we found a huge earring just in the middle of the bathroom’s floor. We were shocked thinking if no body saw it - surely nobody cleaned the room. We went to the reception and asked them to change room, when they said the hotel is fully booked (although we could find free rooms at Booking). Therefore, we asked them to simply clean the floor, where they almost laugh at us saying it was probably owned by one of the cleaners. After asking Nofar *the manager* to clean the room, they agreed and said they will send someone. We waited 4 HOURS for someone to come and just wipe the floor, while we waited and asked them (both by telephone and face to face) like 7 times to do so. After this hours crisis, finally someone wiped the floor when we were exhausted. The workers at the reception agreed that it wasn’t good service experience, and then WE needed to ask them (the didn’t offer) to give us coupons for the spa or something for the aggravation. After chasing them for another day, Nofar the manager gave us coupon for and ice cream and a soft drink - laughing in our face would’ve been a better service. Other than that, the hotel was super crowded, the pool was full and people weren’t wearing any masks and no one said nothing - so if you care about COVID 19 - I wouldn’t recommend going there. The food at the dining room was good (both morning and evening) - although the plates were pretty dirty during the week (several guests complained about it)

When we took the rooms both of them were not clean and need to ask the house keeper to clean again the rooms and even after them we cleaned the rooms. A lot of people and a lot of mess every where in the hotel: the swimming pool the dinning room and we didn’t enjoyed as we expected from a high rated hotel. Actually I won’t recommend for anyone!

We just spent three nights in the hotel. It was generally nice. For the most part the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and there was a nice play room for our 17 month old. We had a step free shower with a curtain to block the water, but the curtain did not go anywhere near the floor… The water wasn’t contained in the shower area of the bathroom and it went everywhere. But more annoying… We got woken up at 3 am by our next door neighbours. They were engaged in extremely loud and violent sexual interactions. It was most frustrating, and it lasted for a very long time, all the way till at least 415. I complained the next day and I got told to just call security if I felt there was a problem. In other words, there was no discussion about potentially changing rooms or anything like that… I will try and triple check soundproof Ness of hotels next time we venture on a holiday… In order to avoid ruining what I paid for: a good night sleep.

Hotel's location is good, in the middle of the city center, short walk from the beach and close to everything. The staff service level is medium minus, if you need anything you must ask multiple times and make sure they really did it. The food is really poor, even for a 3-star hotel, and don't let me start on cleanliness and maintenance. Overall - it's extremely overpriced poor 3-star, claiming to be a 4+. Avoid.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel since I hadn’t heard about it, but we had a great experience there. It may not be one of the “fancier” hotels but the rooms are nice, clean, and well taken care of, the hotel staff were extremely courteous, the food was good, and the hotel provided everything you need for a good Eilat vacation. Would definitely recommend.
