The stuff including the manager were nice and helped with me everything I needed. The room was extra clean, and so were all the facilities in the hotel. The pool was awesome. The food was fresh, tasty and with variety. no matter what is your taste - you'd like it. My room was upgraded w/o extra payment. The location of the hotel is great! 2 minutes walk from the ice mall, and 5 minutes walk from the sea and the promenade. The hotel has many attractions for kids and looks suitable for families.

The staff is very polite snd familiar eager to serve the hospets. Fair dinner and breakfast. Really near the ice mall and walking distance to the beach. Avoid the rooms on the first floor anove the restaurant since the lack of view. Really nice rooms. We just loved it ❤!

Very nice hotel, money worthwhile, good location, friendly staff, like a family. Nice quiet pool. The meals were good, fresh and tasty. i am vegan and they made real good vegan meals for me. The rooms are not so beg but there is a nice partition between the bedroom and the small living room with a sofa that opens into a bed or a double bed. They has rooms with a nice sun terrace facing the pool

From the start of the holiday until the departure Astral Palma has proven itself in all areas from service, dining rooms and atmosphere. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday and in Corona as in Corona Eilat is blowing people up. The hotel was also relatively full but that did not stop the staff from patiently and smilingly providing the best service. While waiting, a waiter walked around with water and cold juice for those waiting and the rooms were delivered on time. The rooms themselves are renovated and cozy, the pool is located in the center of the hotel so access to it from any room is relatively short and convenient. The professional staff cared and asked for our well-being and there did not appear to be a single staff member who did not smile or ask for our well-being as we passed him. Real service. The food is delicious, adapted to the period and despite the limitations, the quality of the food has not been compromised. On the side of the hotel there are seating areas overlooking the lagoon so you can sit in the evening and watch the sunset from there. The hotel itself is very close to the promenade, in fact it is in the middle of the center of Eilat and therefore it is within walking distance of everything.
