Holiday time don’t come near this hotel!!100% and more occupied… and they don’t know how to serve 100%!!yuk no sun beds around almost very poor service around the pool….they charge mega bucks for the poor 2 stars rooms. Food 1/2 board better eat out so crowded and they open for service 3 hrs in the am. “People one on the other”feels like in the jungle!! And when PR called me back 24hrs after 0 service at the hotel she argues and feel sorry… Yes we are Gold members of this chain (Isrotel..) but got 0 service…. Not recommended at all. I hope there other hotels are having better food room and service at this time!! Hotel manager are too busy to reach out to the crowd out there..😀😀 wish we could choose different hotel…
I arrive for a two nights stay with my daughter and her friend. The reception was very friendly and Gali took care of us in a very fast efficient and polite way. The hotel itself is quite old but the rooms were surprisingly refreshing with a new design and a fantastic view from our balcony. I took a room with the ability to enter the lounge and the lounge was very nice, with an impressive variety of healthy food and drinks, and there is a big balcony with a view all over Eilat. Breakfast was also very rich and enabled anyone with any kind of personal diet to have a very rich and interesting meal. The shower s great with an amazing rain shower. During the entire stay, the entire staff was so nice and so welcoming. I will surely come back to this hotel and highly recommend it!
We received the room late because the reception forgot to send us a SMS. The view from the room was as requested. Breakfast was excellent, but dinner didn't cater for non meat eaters. There was very little fish available. Evening entertainment was excellent. Very enjoyable.
Please do not stay here if you’re expecting to sit calmly by the swimming pool. The hotel management insist on playing music loudly. It is impossible to arrange to have the music turned down. I have now lost count of the number of times I have gone to the lobby (and the hotel’s close circuit TV will prove this) to beg the management to arrange to turn the music down. Whilst the receptionist will reluctantly manage to call somebody., the person at the other end in charge of the volume button refuses to turn the music down and it is now like a discotheque. Please do not stay at this hotel if you’re expecting to be able to relax. It will be impossible. No doubt a false load of five star reviews will follow this negative review in order to suppress it. This could be such a lovely hotel if they could only eliminate the music. In this modern day and age with Spotify and Apple Music, people can choose whether to listen to their own music through headphones rather than having unwanted music loudly thrust through their ears by the Hotel. I’m in room 1045 should the management wish to contact me. Frankly the manager should have dealt with this by now. It’s an absolute scandal that this wholly unnecessary loud noise is allowed to continue.…
Excellent hotel for a Eilat break. Near to shops, eating places and beach front. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Clean, modern and well laid out. Buffet breakfast was amazing - tremendous choice, suitable to every taste and no pressure to finsh and leave. Pool and gardens beautifully laid out and spacious. Only limitation almost no parking so one has to drop off bags and then park on empty plot several minutes away.
Amazing winter family vacation, stayed in the king's floor (12) in a family room Everything was amazing from the room, to the food, to the staff and the highlight was the lounge. Thanks for an amazing vacation, already booked another one in September. 2 things I would like to point out. The room entrance was to the kids area which was weird... The smoking area is right on the exit from the lobby to the swimming pool which means you have to go through a cloud of smoke while going out to the pool with the kids - I highly recommend relocating the smoking area.
We came for isrotel king solomon couple weeks ago to celebrate our anniversary and we had fantastic experience! We enjoyed the food, service and the facilities! We are strongly recomment to go to the lobby bar, there we had a really good time drinknig cocktails and hanging out. Special thanks Adi Nizri (i think she is the supervisor) which made our staying very joyfull and we will defintaely come back!
My girlfriend and I took a vacation in the south of Israel in King Solomon, we spent a lot of time in the lobby, where we found a very pleasant crew and a special woman that every time we had a question about Eilat or just want to chill out and drink a good alcoholic beverage. Thank you, Adi, for your hospitality.
Staying at the hotel right now. There isn’t air conditioning pat the rooms and it feels like a sauna in here we literally had to sleep in our underwear in the middle of February! And the hotel says there is nothing to do about that! We pay a large amount of money for the stay and air conditioning in Israel is the basis of hospitality! We sure never going to return and recommending to stay away
This hotel is well placed and has an amazing pool area. It overlooks the marina and has side view of the mountains and the gulf. It's a short 5 min walk to the Ice Mall. Breakfast and dinner have a good selection and the quality of the food is good.
