A great value. Clean room and great location. Breakfast was super. The front desk was very helpful for questions that we have and also helped us book tours. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect, only a short walk to beach and restaurants.
What can I start with.. First of all many thanks to the amazing staff working in the front desk, from the moment I checked in until I checked out they always were super nice! Unfortunately I did not see the names but one gentleman helped me when I checked in on the 5th of March in the evening, he also did my checkout! Was super nice Another gentleman was a bit younger he helped me because I forgot my key in the room, super nice aswell! One thing I couldn't imagine happening while I checked in and was walking to my room another customer was sitting outside with his wife and said "baroch haba!" Which means welcome! So not only the staff are nice but also the customers! The place is great! I kept visiting the icemall on my free time (I was in Eilat for the deep sea festival) Second day there was a little bit of noise outside my room but it was just a family going to the swimming pool so can't complain as they were for vacation (I hope they enjoyed) didn't bother me that much because I had to wake up just a little bit after that anyway Also on the second day I went to the city and came back, found an envelope in my room.. it was an invitation to dinner! I didn't book for dinner but I got one on the second day which was super nice from them (it was delicious too, specially the desserts!) Recommended !…
Spent a week in Eilat in February 2020. The friendly, smiling, and helpful man working at the reception was the only positive thing in the hotel. But... I've been to better 1*hotels before. If we were lucky, the pool was open a few hours around noon. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was unedible for the first few days until a large group of annoying and noisy Israelian people, with no manners, arrived. One morning there was no milk and only instant coffee. The only decent meal we had was when no dinner was served at the hotel and we were given a dinner voucher to the hotel next door. The dining room and service in the hotel was terrible, the rooms noisy and outdated. I highly recommend to choose any other hotel for your stay in Eilat. I have traveled a lot all over the world and this was my fifth time in Eilat. It was by far one of my worst accommodation experiences ever.…
We loved everything in this hotel, we had a room with a balcony, breakfasts were delicious, kosher and great variety. Sauna and jacuzzi were a nice addition to our stay, as well as a New Year's Eve celebration with a dj at the hotel lobby. The staff was very helpful, we would like to revisit.
