it was very clean. We got everything. The most was the people that were so nice and helpful. an excellent value for.money. one of my best stays בשבילי הישראלית זה המקום האולטימטיבי. אוירה נהדרת. נהניתי שם הרבה יותר במלון חמישה כוכבים באילת.
We visited Elipaz for a two night stay. We did a camping there. This is our second time here a we loved it even more. The place is so relaxing and have a great vibe. There is a breathtaking view of mountains along with a pool and a green loan to set your tent. There is also a very clean fasilities: showers, toilets, fridges and a camp kitchen with a gas stove also. Also a range of a free hot drinks available at the reception. The hosts are very welcoming and ready to help at any time. Elipaz is 30 minutes drive close to Eilat so you can enjoy the nature vacation and a city trip and ofcours amazing Red sea. We are coming next year! You should too!
Elifaz is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the desert or nearby Eilat. It's one of my favorite places to stay for years when I travel alone or with family. Very calm and natural experience, very comfortable rural rooms with great personnel and great desrt atmoדpsphere. Highly recommended!
One couldn’t expect better experience for the family. Pastoral, birds sing, simple yet amazing hosting with lots of heart and wish the guests will enjoy their visit. It is one of the best places we experienced as a family. Thanks guys for the help with our sick child. Your are the best. PorT family.
We were a group of 30 friends celebrating 50 years anniversary to our stay in a kibbutz. The rooms were comfortable, the service warm and professional and the location great for such occasions. We had a club room with all the needed facilities, good lunch and dinner, great food! Breakfast served to the room in a basket. Special note: there is a special room for handicapped persons. Our friend who needed it said that in many great hotels he did not se such convenient room. Suitable for comfortable and safe movement. To sum it up- I highly recommend the place!
Had a great stay here. The rooms were big and clean, the AC worked great and there were plenty of outlets to charge my devices after a long journey. The shower was warm and the grounds were pretty cool. I only stayed one night but wished I had more time. The food was good too! The only negative is that there isn’t WiFi in the rooms, but the man running the hotel gave us a WiFi router to extend coverage since we were there for work. He went above and beyond. I recommend booking directly with them and not through booking.com - my office used booking.com and somehow booked us a shared tent instead of rooms. Luckily the staff was great and got us real rooms instead.
On April some friends asked our family to join their vacation in Kibutz Elifaz. After 5 hrs drive from home we've arrived to the Kibutz in the Arava region, 20 minutes from Eilat- the southest city in Israel. As we crossed the vast desert ,Edom mountains on our left and thousends of palm trees and we turn to the right to Timnah Park and enter the Kibutz. It is small jibuts of 25 families great ppl. We met some in the swimming pool and on dinner. We've got the room keys in the reception from a lovely person who explain us about the place and the area the opening hrs of the pool and told us breakfast will be served to our room. The rooms were nice, clean and big enough for family with 3 childrens. Separate parents room with king size bad and tv and another tv in kids area, kitchen ,freezer, coffee, tea, clean towels, soap and shampoo and air conditioning off course. After all it is a desert. Any way the place was quite and tranquil, the kids felt so free playing with friends and going with them in the Kibutz and we felt so secure about it because there aren't roads in the Kibutz. After three month we visit again and decided we would like to try and live in this place. A month after we moved. We are so happy about it …
Who knew that you can get such utter peace and quiet so close to Eilat? My husband and two children stayed here for two nights during the peak days of Passover. As in any place in Israel at that time, we expected everything to be packed and crowded. Nothing could be further from the truth. Despite being fully booked, somehow the place felt amazingly peaceful. The village grounds are so beautiful with groomed lawns and cabins painted in cheerful yellow and orange. Add the extraordinary view of the Timna gorges and you get the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. The pool is the cleanest I'd ever seen. Not a speck of sand in the water and noticeably had less chlorine than usual which added to my children's enjoyment. The staff were delightful and attentive. Breakfast was as good as could be expected on Passover. The room was just right. Nothing fancy but functional and clean. The location is fantastic for doing the nature attractions around Eilat -Timna valley, the Animal park in Yotvata, and the Underwater observatory in Eilat. We never expected to be able to go to all of these beautiful places without staying in crowded Eilat (BLAH). So thank you Elifaz people for creating this perfect getaway. The only thing I would change is I would add a dinner service since having to drive into Eilat for dinner was a drag.…
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kibbutz Elifaz. The guest lodgings are clean, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely to see beautiful grass and flowers in the middle of the desert. The breakfast goodies delivered to our room in a basket filled to the brim were plentiful and delicious. An added bonus was the very short drive to the entrance to Timna.
We spent two nights here with half board on the second night (Friday night). We were doing the Israel Trail and wanted a nice place to relax between hikes. We could have gone to Eilat, a large tourist city 15 minutes away, but we decided to stay in the "earthy" kind of environment we got into when hiking the trails. The rooms are very nice and clean. The decor made to look like "desert/country" . The bed was comfortable and we liked the large fridge and kitchen. outside there were comfortable couches to relax on. We also enjoyed walking around the Kibbutz and the views of the mountains were beautiful. The breakfasts were brought in a basket and included bread, eggs, cheese, lemonade and salad. It was perfect for us. The dinner was basic and tasty. Typical Kibbutz fashion. The food was certified Kosher but I would not recommend the Shabbat atmosphere if you are alone, not part of a group. It is located right next to Timna, a wonderful place to hike and walk around. It is also close to Eilat so you can go shopping but come back to the desert to sleep.…
