We arrived as a couple, we were familiar with the Brown hotel in Tel Aviv so we were expecting the same good experience. The hotel location is quite close to the north beach and the Mall. The rooms were perfect and the employees were nice and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The only downside as a couple, we were expecting a hotel aimed more for couples but at that time of year it was a bit crowded with families and children but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I booked around 19:00, the reservation was received a few minutes after the reception and they brought me straight to a room, a very spacious room, unfortunately I had to leave the next morning and did not have much time to enjoy the places the hotel provides, with an emphasis on the

The hotel is located within walking distance of the malls and the promenade of Eilat. From the outside it looks a bit outdated, but once you get inside you will find a beautiful clean and tidy hotel. The hotel also has family rooms with a fridge and coffee maker. The beds are not the most comfortable but still good. The pool is not big but there are nice seating areas. This hotel only has a breakfast option. Good breakfast with a great selection. The hotel has free adjacent parking. Overall very much enjoyed. An excellent hotel at a reasonable price.

This is decent hotel, clean rooms, friendly service, pleasant pool. What is not acceptable is the ostentatious flouting of Covid-19-regulations, insofar as hardly anyone wears masks inside the hotel. This includes the guests - meaning that the rules are not enforced - but includes the staff as well - meaning that the management does not seem to care.

We went with our 2 children and booked a room with a pull out bed. On arriving there is a dead end street that unloading suitcases is allowed, but parking is not close by. The check in was fast and the staff friendly. The room was on the 6th floor, mattresses were hard, sofa bed was ok for the kids. The bathroom was clean but in need of some repairs. The door to the room also needed repairs, you could see light from the corridor half way down and all the way to the bottom at the side, looks like it is not closed properly. The pool is clean and there is a kids pool as well as a main pool, by each other and the area is a reasonable size. The food was well cooked and the restaurant area clean. Because of COVID they provide thin gloves and ask visitors to wear masks, but often people remove the masks and gloves inside the restaurant and as much as the staff try, the people that were there during our 4 days often ignored the requests. Shame In all, it is a reasonably priced hotel, no frills, average maintenance and reasonable amenities It is worth noting that on Floor 0 there is a play area for small children In terms of distance from central Eilat the hotel is not on the front but is approximately a 10 minute walk with kids

woke up with itchy biting marks (mostly my girlfriend), found blood stains and little bugs walking all over the sheets. The staff couldn't care less and seems like it wasn't the first time ("whats the big deal - do you want a doctor?"), management also didn't really mind. eventually - really needed a doctor and medicine. If you care about your health - avoid it.

Room was spacious and bed comfortable with a nice view of the pool. Service was great. An Indian lady who was at the desk was very helpful. Furniture was good. The bathtub needed better caulking. We asked for 2 beds so the 2nd bed was a single wheel in bed that was old with stained material and with a poor mattress. There was a refrigerator. There was no hair dryer. No ice machine. The hall was hot because a door was frequently open at the end of the hall. Coffee supplies were not replaced. There was no facial tissues. parking was limited with a small parking lot that was mostly full. You could park down the block by another of their hotels.Curtain in the room did not close completely since it was off the hooks at the edge. Food was average
