First time in Aria, and while it has some good, the overall experience was poor. On the good, rooms were new, comfortable, clean and bed were very comfortable and spacious. Food at dining room was great, and there was a lot of choice. View from the room was great and hotel location is very good. But that's where it ends. Overall theme as a first time guest in Aria was no. No service in hotel facilities (gym, pool side bar, kids club) when you need it, opens late, closes early, and almost never on advertised time. Check-in process was long, cumbersome and staff was short and unpleasant. Hotel maintainance and sanitation is probably the weakest point. Corridors were smelly, very dirty, and broken accessories, wall tiles and really anything were the main design theme. People were smoking and drinking alcohol EVERYWHERE, with zero supervision by hotel staff, very unhealthy and unpleasant even for smokers, not to mention families. Hotel is advertised as luxury, and it does show that an effort was made to be one. Unfortunately, it comes short on many key hospitality aspects, in some even when conpared to 4 star hotel of it's competitores - thus providing very poor value for the price, and light year away from it luxury ambitions.…
First and foremost wonderful welcoming and helpful staff. Great hotel perfect location on the beach. Next to mall and promenade. Great food…. All the facilities for a high standard vacation. Will be our favourite hotel in Eilat from now on. ישר כח
We booked 2 rooms for a family in this hotel and were with a baby. This is the second time we are staying at this hotel and getting horrible treatment !! Delay in getting the rooms without any reference we are with a baby! And the lobby toilets do not have diaper stands !! An official named Mark who treated in a really disappointing way!!!
My friend's checked in today. got their room keys and went up to the room. They noticed a shaver and shaving foam in the bathroom - so they called the front desk to ask what is going on. The front desk assured them everything is ok, and said they will send up Housekeeping to inspect and clean whatever needs to be done in the room. Well, before anyone from the hotel arrive, someone else did- the guest who originally received the room and also had keys for it! My friend's went down to the front desk, that didn't apologize or refund or do anything to show that this isn't something that happens every day at the hotel. so, now my friend's are still at the hotel - they are in a standard , but different room that they got- hoping no one gets the keys to THEIR room and surprises them!
We just spent 4 days/3 nights at the newly opened Aria hotel in Eilat, along with another family. On the day of our arrival we were ipressed with the rooms (large) and views (sea, nice). The beds were comfortable, though the mattresses were regular springs, not individualy wrapped, as one would expect from a "lastral uxury"product. The staff was also super friendly, professional and helpful. On our first full day, the breakfast was plentiful and given the Paassover holiday limitations, very tasty. The dinning service was good and the buffet did not feel crowded. The rest of our vacation was planned ot be poolside, enjoying the scenic red sea views, but what happened was that we were chased from the pool area by what can only be described as a 20-something mob of smokers. Despite the many "no smoking signs" some attmpts by staff to move people to the designated smoking area, it became clear at the end of day 2, that it was a losing battle. Unfortunatley, with the end of holiday/weekend guests arriving, our last 2 days got progressively worse. More smokers, embolddened by the lack of enforcement, smoking in the pool blatantly. Our repeated requests for clean air went unheeded, and we were forced to retreat to our rooms durring peak pool hours, sadly. Other guests on our floor were smoking in their non smoking room as well. To conluce, this hotel has (had?) potential, but if you do not want to be harmed by second-hand smoke, or are sthmatic, you may want to vacation somewhere else in Eilat, as we will be doing..... Buyer beware.…
We had a wonderful time. The view is great and the service was perfect. We had wonderful meal and except of the good food we had , we felt exited by the very good service we had. We had a very food sleep and had a wonderful time. We want to thank Adi from the dining room for the wonderful service . Your smile and attitude made our vacation a very present one
My wife and I visited the Aria back in November for our anniversary, and we're still talking about how amazing of an experience we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful, attentive, and ensured that they made our anniversary incredibly special. We can't thank them enough for how far they went above and beyond what was expected. We will definitely be back!! - Dan & Golda
This hotel is slightly away from the main strip of hotels on north beach, but still central enough to be walkable to everything in the centre. It's also location right next to the Mall Hayam shopping centre and right on the sea front. Although the hotel does not have a beach, there are steps from the pool area directly into the sea. It's also next to a scuba diving club. The hotel is built in a U-shape around the pool. The pool is large and there is plenty of seating around the pool and along the sea front. The pool also has a snack bar, although the food there is not up to much (burgers and shnitzels from a packet). Our room had a balcony with a breathtaking view looking out to the sea and the Jordanian mountains beyond. We also had a hot tub and seating on the balcony. All the rooms are suites, so have a lounge area that can be closed off from the bedroom. The rooms are large, but could do with refurbishment. The food in the dining room was great. There was an amazing selection and the food was good quality. Dinner had options from the main meat groups, beef, duck, chicken and lamb, with tasty side dishes. I would recommend this hotel, but I hope they will refurbish the rooms soon as it will elevate it to a 5 star hotel.…
Beautiful hotel property, INCREDIBLE view. Super nice pool. Very friendly staff, especially Yamit. Walking distance to restaurants and malls. Great place to stay! Downside: The gym was not included in your stay because it’s part of the spa/a separate entity, and cost ~$7 per day which is pretty expensive, especially considering it’s a small gym. Also, the pool closes at 1800, which is pretty early…keep it open longer!
We stayed at the hotel for a couple's vacation of several days. The lobby environment is inviting and clean, there are strict rules of corona. The hotel offers an all-suite hotel, the room we were given was surprisingly large (about twice the size of a standard hotel room) and divided with an extra bedroom, a living room, a dining area and a toilet and shower area. The room was clean and tidy and yet the furniture was outdated, not modern. The balcony of the room is wonderful and overlooks the pool and the shoreline near the Red Sea. Breakfast is wonderful and very varied, also at dinner everyone can find delicacies that suit him, a wider variety of fish, meat and chicken and a variety of interesting dishes. Great pool area… The pool staff does a great job, assists with whatever you ask for, there is a descent to the sea for a great and spectacular diving and snorkeling area. One of the most convenient in the city of Eilat. In conclusion - an excellent hotel for families as well as couples…
