Everything was terrible! Starting from the security man's attitude , the people in the reception weren't very empathic. The room was unpleasant. And the food was the worst part! We went to eat outside eventually. (although we payed for half board)
We found the perfect budget hotel. We love the village style which you immediately step outside (and if lucky, also find a parking spot nearby) with very few steps that no modern hotel would fathom these days. We had the breakfast and evening meal and enjoyed the wide variety of food and staff that worked hard. Air conditioning and water pressure in the room was great. The rooms must have been renovated in recent years so modern style. The rooms are smallish but I wish more hotels were like this to keep costs down and also encourage people to enjoy elsewhere like at the pool or the kids room. A nice plus is the tens of parking spots around the perimeter inside the gated village. IIUC, there is a public lot across the street which is free at night but need to pay during the day so don't forget to reactivate in the morning to avoid a ticket.…
Myself and team were accommodated here for a whole month for a business trip from the UK. Excellent service throughout - even providing a laundry service as they recognised that we were here for an extended period of time. The rooms are a bit cosy for 2 people but they are to a high standard and they are thoroughly cleaned daily. Staff were extremely helpful with any requests. I would 100% stay here again!
The Village is a pleasant alternative to the standard hotel layout of ‘rooms off a corridor’, having them scattered around the pool area. Some are more scenic than others with scented flowers in beds outside (go for the rooms numbered in the 200s if you want this). Parking is tight but there’s a bigger free car park nearby. Sadly there is no cafe or shop inside, meaning you can’t get a coffee once the dining room is closed. Note - there is that idiotic habit of closing the coffee machine at b’fast on Saturdays to dissuade religious Jews from pressing a button (and thereby denying coffee to non-religious and non-Jews). Pool is lovely and well looked after.
This is not a smart, upmarket hotel, but then unlike some places it does not have the pretensions to be one.It is clearly happy in its skin. The rooms are neat and clean, you do not need lift access as they are all bungalows spread out over the grounds, the pool is a good size and the dining room is comfortable with plenty of tasty choices for breakfast and dinner. I had a small fixture problem in my room and after mentioning it to the reception desk got it immediately fixed. You can spend a lot more on hotels and get a lot less.
Noise. Noise. Noise. Thats all I take from my kne night stay in room.im astral cillage eilat. It was low cost so I didnt rate it a 1 star. But as my experiencw it was as low as it can get. Never mind that my "village" experience was more of a shed in a garage as I was located in the parking side / maintemance area Never mind the ro was tiny and poorly maintained (photoshop goea a long way...) Never mind that a maintenance employee entered my room with his key when I asked "who is it?* But the noise...OMG. In the afternoom at 2pm when i wanted to rest maintenance people were hammering metal sounds through paper thin walls. At night other guests were knocking loudly on doors, talking high pitched voices adjacent to my room.... non stop noise. The thin walls seem only to enhance the sound. For me, om a business trip, it was a very bad experience. …
This is unique experience in Eilat. We have been in many hotels in Eilat, but this concept of 'private house' is new to us. You get your own unit in the village, and it's nice to seat outside in the morning among the trees, breath some fresh air. The room is modest but ok, the breakfast is excellent. The pool is right sized, the team is very nice.
The worst of all hotels that I've been in Eilat for sure.. The rooms are poorly maintained with very noisy air conditioning. The swimming pool not standing the capacity of the hotel., too small. No near parking lot available, make sure to park near the Ice mall for another 10 minutes on foot. The only good thing is the location near the new mall and the sea.
We stayed for a weekend Very warm atmosphere The food was very good with big variety The rooms looked as they were renevateted lately. Ask for Aviad , the evening manager who is a real star: A people person !!!!
Excellent hotel. Located on line 3. To the sea 10 min. we had a superior room with a spacious balcony on the 2nd floor.Clean, spacious, beautiful and cozy room with a comfortable bed and fresh renovation. The room has a kettle with cups, tea and coffee bags, a Minibar. refrigerator.TV very attentive staff. Helped to resolve any issues. Breakfast is very tasty, lots of fresh vegetables, pastries.hot dishes, delicious coffee .During the day, you can enjoy hot and cold drinks with cookies at the reception bar.Near the promenade, shops, cafes. Recommended for family and friends. Thanks
