Very nice, clean, close to the beach. Kind hospitality, helpful and fast. We will come back for sure. They thought of everything: hot drinks, soap and towels, satellite tv. We had ocean view and a pool too.

Stayed in a dormitory room. At first sight all was good, clean, morden and comfortable. But... my bed was occupied and the staff couldn't and was not eager to sort it out. She didn't speak English and tried to escape leaving me to sort this problem on my own. After a call to a manager it was sorted. Then I realised that the room service doesn't exist. No cleaning, no towels changed. No refill of tea/coffee/sugar. No litter collected. The litter bin eventually overgrown it's capacity and filled all the space under the sink. All of the dormitory guests paid for room services and so far we didn't get it. Hotel didn't provide services they accepted money for. But the worst thing happened when I encountered Nadia. This is as if I was back in USSR. First thing she insisted to speak Russian. As far as I am aware Hibrew, Arabic and English are official languages of state of Israel. It is my choice what language to use rather than being forced by receptionist. Then she did a comment about my finance suggesting that if I choose a normal room not a dormitory, I won't have problem with my bedding and towels. This comment is below any comprehension and absolutely not acceptable. And worst thing is that she used the same approach to another girl staying in the same room. I believe that this person is not suitable for her job. She showed absolut disrespect to guests, and insulted my roommate and me. This is not USSR but Israel, and in a city as eilat, where everything is oriented in tourism, this attitude is unacceptable. Hopefully the owners/ management will react to my comment and improve their customer service. …
