My husband booked this as a surprise for a New Years Eve break , after reading the reviews I wanted to cancel as they were not very good , his attitude, is that it canโ€™t be that bad, omg it is Check is is quick, but the first thing you notice that no one is wearing a mask - but wait the law is that in hotels we should be wearing a mask, we need to show our green pass and I was even sent 2 e mails to make sure I brought it with me , no one asked for it , omg COVID heaven , the staff are not even wearing them so can how can the guests wear them , kids are supposed to show they have been tested , not in this hotel , gel is available, ha ha bottles are empty . I asked to speak or write to the duty manager , I was blocked , I left my phone number , someone phone me back regarding my concerns and said I was wrong we are handing out masks , I have pictures of no one wearing masks , out of all the guests and staff maybe 2% of people wearing masks, yuck Food , omg gross, mainly served cold , we got to every meal time when the doors opened , so why was it cold , Rooms are old need updating Bar staff try their best , but would rather just stand around talking to themselves then serve , none of them speak English , in fact no one working in this hotel spoke English I have stayed all over the country in these hotels but this one really is gross ๐Ÿคฎ, no one needs to answer this review , you would not come to talk to me yesterday, so donโ€™t bother now By the way donโ€™t bring any cloths to wear as the dress code in this hotel in PJโ€™s 24 hours a day , In fact choose a different hotel ,โ€ฆ

We Stayed for 2 nights although we were informed more than once before we arrived that a green pass was nescesary it was not requested at checkin, guests were walking around without masks and worst of all the staff were serving food without masks and guests taking food were also maskless We were there for 2 days our room was not cleaned, the bath was filthy we were dissapointed and will not be rerurning or recomending

It was my worst experience ever!! The rooms and all the hotel are messy and NOT CLEAN! Found HAIR in the bed when arrived!! Thay changed sheets and then it was BLOOD STAIN on the sheet!! When I went down in the morning before breakfast I found the mess and leftovers from the dinner Will never stay in any Fattal hotel ever again.

We spent 4 nights/5 days at the Leonardo Privilege and it was by far the best customer service we've had at any hotel in the country. The staff were exceedingly welcoming, the manger was on top of everything, the dining room staff were very attentive. We needed extra pillows and within minutes from asking they appeared. There was a small issue with the toilet in the room and they fixed it promptly with no need to remind them. The hotel was very strict about coronavirus regulations and maintained a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Really good experience. We came to a weekend and since the beginning everything was perfect. The check in was fast good and informative. The room was spacious and very clean. The food... i have to say that i want to meet the chef and shake his hand. To my opinion you have to be really good to preform such a food level especially in a all inclusive hotel. It seems that EVERYBODY want you to have a pleasant time (Bravo to the menegment and the guest relationship manager for it) Definitely a place to come back Highly recommend

We visited the hotel we went there to relax, the food was amazing. The personnel was very polit and professional. We stayed there only for one day, it was really short, but altogether really great. Iโ€™ve been in a lot of hotel in Eilat and itโ€™s by far the best food.

Wow wow wow! What a disappointment!! We booked for a 2 nights weekend ,paid for the all inclusive meal plan and were a shocked by the low level of the hotel. Rooms: outdated tired , my mattress was broken i had holes and stains on the pillow cases. It just feels like a cheap hostel. Room wasn't very aired..felt moldy and packed. Dining room: sticky tables and chairs..low variety of dishes some where really salty. Coffee cups were dirty just felt that no one was investing beyond minimum. My husband got really sick at the third day I drove home asap to bring him to the doctor. He was diagnosed with Listeria. Bar : nice design , free drinks and cakes and alcoholic beverages but ..again :( dirty tables full of uncleared cups and dishes. No one of the staff is cleaning or clearing but just giggling behind the bar. I am staying in the hotel right now. My son had a birthday during our stay and our family ordered a cake through the hotel customer service to be sent to his room, but the credit card was charged and we never received the cake. Nobody in reception (including the manager) even knew about the order and we had to prove that our family ordered the cake, they didnโ€™t believe us but luckily we had a recording of the conversation where the cake was purchased. The duty manager Alex told us to come the next day to receive some kind of compensation for ruining my sons birthday surprise but when we came the next day, the new manager Tzahi Zeitun lied to us and told us the conversation disconnected even though he heard the entire recording and that he just arrived at the hotel (although I so him a few times in the past 6 hours)So he told us he wasnโ€™t willing to do anything except let us order the cake again, but that is pointless since my sons birthday was the day before. I have never seen such terrible customer service where the manager lies to your face, and this wasnโ€™t the only problem, the entire hotel isnโ€™t good, other than the food. Customer service doesnโ€™t make you feel like a valuable customer, This hotel isnโ€™t worth your hard earned money. We were on a tour and stayed here for one night half board. We had asked for a Twin but ended up with a (big) double together with a double put-u-up in a fairly small room which meant we could not open the balcony door. Tired dรฉcor. Electric switch hanging off the wall. Food good

We arrived to the hotel with my family and you canโ€™t imagine how disappointed I am with the facility and the service. I have never seen such poor and dirty rooms, humiliating customer service where the front desk manager told us that we are welcome to check out. Very disappointed and will Never recommend to anyone.
