My second time in this hotel and the service and standards were still of the highest order. The owner and his family were very friendly and the staff, especially Majdi, were absolutely courteous, efficient and obliging. The food is amazing, and it is essentially all you can eat top class buffet (during our stay, at least). 5 stars for the...

We really love this hotel. The decor was beautiful and the food was great. Breakfast and Dinner were superb and there were variety of selections for everyone of our group. The room was very nice and clean. Highly recommended this hotel for a small group of pilgrimage.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Traveled on a pilgrimage to Bethlehem and the surrounding areas. Room was kept tidy and cleaned daily. Staff were incredibly helpful and even put the football on the television in the lobby. Furthermore food was tasty (was here for breakfast and dinner) - with different mains given everyday. Breakfast was the same every morning though...

Stayed there as part of a pilgrimage tour and was given a basic room - actually very basic. No plug for the sink and basically wash face with running water! When asked, they said there is no plug (wonder if this is standard for hotels in Bethlehem). Not all channels work on the TV and there was no tissue box...

Nice location walkable distance to the church of nativity and souvenir shops. Mr. Eisa at the front desk was very helpful. Nice and clean rooms. We did not plan to...

Stayed for 3 nights in Dec. 2013 as part of a group of 40 pilgrims. This hotel was not a personal choice. Friendly staff especially those in the restaurant where we had breakfasts & dinners throughout our stay. George from reception even recognized & greeted us at his family's shop in Manger Square. We appreciate their great smiles & charms...

Very good hotel located on Manger Street, with easy access (walking distance) to loads of Souvenir Shops, restaurants, coffee hangouts, etc. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the hotel is owned by a Christian Arab Family who are very much a part of Bethlehem. Food at the Hotel is absolutely yummy, with traditional middle eastern favorites aplenty at the amply...
