Hospitality at its best! The owner doesn't know the word "no"! If it is possible, he will do it! He is out front, available and helpful! Our room was clean, adequate and comfortable! Housekeeping Service was good and replaced amenities!Food was typical and plentiful! Mediterranean style buffet! Easy to eat healthy if necessary! American eggs for breakfast! Very safe neighborhood! We walked 1 mile up the road for lunch!
We stayed here for 3 nights while in Bethlehem. The hotel is modern and very clean. Our stay included breakfast and dinner buffet style. Everyday you had so many choices. Their food was very good. Our balcony gave us a beautiful view of the city. We also had a table and chairs. The Muslim call to prayer was beautiful to hear in the mornings. Everyone at the front desk was kind and very accommodating. They go above and beyond to see to your needs.
We were booked at the Saint Joseph Hotel for 3 nights as part of an ETS tour. We had a great stay here! The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. We enjoyed standing on our balcony and enjoying the sights and sounds of busy Bethlehem beneath us. The hotel has a spacious lobby and a bar where you can enjoy a drink, including local beer and wine. Our package included buffet-style breakfast and dinner, delicious and with plenty of choices. What really sets this family-owned and operated property apart is the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. You’re not just another tourist walking through the door but an honored guest. Thank you, Walid, for making us feel so welcome!
This is the best hotel owner! He goes above and beyond. Always willing to go the extra mile. He even helps busses get out into traffic! Great food for breakfast and dinner too! Nice rooms. A must hotel if staying in Bethlehem. No pool or gym but everything they do have is excellent.
I made a pilgrimage to the Holy land/ISRAEL, and I had a great experience which I would like to share with other travelers. I was in a group of 32 people and we were perfectly safe all the time. Our first hotel was St. Joseph Hotel in Bethlehem, Palestinian Territories, where we slept 5 nights. It is a good, modern hotel with clean rooms, unfortunately without protecting screens at the windows. Watch out for mosquito. The air conditioner did not work so we had to open the window. We had breakfast and dinner in this hotel and the food provided was buffet style, acceptable, but not a large variety. Staff was friendly. From the hotel we visited Jerusalem, and other important points on the pilgrimage. On the 6th day we moved to Nazareth, where we stayed 3 nights at Ramada Nazareth Olivie Hotel. Very good hotel indeed! Clean room, air conditioner working, and the restaurant absolutely great for breakfast and dinner. Good food in a large variety. From Nazareth, we visited many places of an historic and religious interest. The only problem during this trip was the very crowded touristic season at its pick in November. Many thanks to our local guide HASAN MITWALI who managed to get us on time and to all places we wanted to see. His knowledge, skills, and kindness made our trip a great success.…
