The hotel is owned by Suleiman and his family. The room is very cosy and management and staff are incredibly friendly. Suleiman helped organise a two-day taxi hire at a very reasonable rate and was very helpful with travel information. The breakfast was amazing and incredibly hearty. He and his staff speak English very well and are very knowledgeable about...

We spent one night in this quaint family run hotel. The owner Suleyman went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Arranged for us to go on a tour with an awesome guide Tahsin and we were extremely grateful that he had. I would love to go back and definitely will stay at The Rebetika...

My wife and I stayed at the Rebetika Hotel during our visit to Selcuk. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of town, and is a reasonable walk from the train station. In the morning, they serve breakfast on the roof where you have a nice view of the surrounding town and can even see the ruins of the...

Excellent hospitality, great advice, and a fantastic breakfast for modest pricing. Clean, nice small balcony and sunset view from terrace. Family run atmosphere. Just off beaten path under the castle fortress and st John basilica.

We stopped in Selcuk for four nights earlier this month at the end of a two-week trip around Turkey. Our stay at Rebetika was one of the best we have had! The two hosts Salema (?) and Ibrahim were incredibly welcoming. Upon check in, we were invited onto the rooftop terrace to have tea and dessert while we were educated...

The hotel's location is great: walking distance to St. John basilica and Ephesus Museum (not the ruins), also walking distance to the market where you can find local restaurants (if you want to eat delicious meals at a very good price). The Ephesus ruins and Virgin Mary's House is close but not walking distance, you'll need a ride. The hotel...

This hotel is in a good location, close to the shopping and restaurant area of Selçuk and a short walk to the bus station. There are ruins right across the road and St John's Basilica is just up the road. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was the usual tasty Turkish breakfast. However the room was disappointing. While it...

My husband and I are living and working in Istanbul and we just got back from a trip to Selcuk (Ephesus) where we stayed at The Rebetika Hotel for two nights. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a couple of blocks from the center of town and an assortment of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The...

The room is basic but what really touched us is the owner of the hotel. Ibrahim is really nice and very helpful. He recommended us on places to visit in Selcuk. Even after we checked out and went to other towns, he still give us advice on those towns and contacted his friends to provide some service at a really...

This is a really good hotel, we had a nice, bright, sunny, spacious room in the front with a view across the valley and to the ruins of Artemis temple. There is a lovely roof top terrace where you can go for a beer or have dinner, the food was very good and excellent value, the breakfasts were also good....
