This is the worst "hotel" I've ever been, if you can call this a hotel... One night they just locked the door and close the hotel, because the receptionist decided to go to sleep, it was cold and rainy outside and in the middle of nowhere , had to knock in every window, till sleepy receptionist came out... After 45...

This is not an ordinary 5 star hotel. If you are expecting a Spa center, an indoor pool ect, you are in the wrong place. Ajia is a perfectly located butique hotel. Quiet, calm and has the perfect scenery. Away from İstanbul's traffic & crowd. We stayed at he roof with bosporus view. Breathtaking. You should consider staying all day...

Beautiful location right on the Bosporus, clean rooms, best rooms are the ones with balconies. Its not as luxurious as it should be, there were weddings both nights we stayed so we couldn't access the outdoor terrace in the evening. The service is a bit slow and sometimes they don't understand what you need but the staff is kind and...

This 3+ hotel charged me 280 EUR for a standard room next to a street with pretty much traffic. Staff barely speaks English, no isolation - you here the phone ringing at the reception, no lights in the room so it becomes really tricky for the ladies to put on their make up and poor design. Only positive thing is...

This charming hotel located on the waterfront offers spectacular views of Bosphorus. We spent one night with my wife (wedding anniversary), enjoyed the dinner, breakfast and watching the ships passing by in front of the terrace of our room. The service is fairly good too. Nice place for a romantic escape.

Stayed there one time for my birthday (terrace room), the service was amazing and the view was breathtaking.. It is a bit far away from the city but they have a lobster (small boat) and you can use it for having a transfer to the european part of the city, where it is more lively. I also had my wedding...

The rooms on the bosphore are the best eapecialy on the first floor. The staff are friendly. The only problem in the hotel is the sound of music when there is a wedding in the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Between the absolute disaster of a checkout..we are still trying to resolve the 120 dollars being charged for 2 candy bars my kids had from the mini bar, and the stuffed animal that was left in the room with my tie, which no one can seem to locate, our fault I know, this place was a complete dissapointment on the...

This hotel was most disappointing. It was far from luxury. After seeing the awards on the wall dating back to 2005 etc we realized this once great place has way past it's hey day.. Our room & our children's room were really nothing special. There was a lovely view of the Bosphorous but that was about it. Everything felt "old"...

Unfortunately I can only review as an event location and in this aspect can definitely give 5 stars. Located directly at the waters edge the location overlooking the European coast line is superb. The staff are highly professional and the quality of the food and drink was 1st class.
