We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Rooms were generally small but clean. Hotel staff was friendly and always available for anything you might ask. WiFi was free of charge but you had to ask the reception to get a user and a password. Meals were nice, turkish style. The area where the hotel is located was crowded even at...

I spent 4 night, I have read the reviews before coming , but this much awful! I couldn't imagine. Location was not very good in comparison with hotels in Beyazit street. Breakfast very simple and basic, the room without good facilities like a 4 star hotel! I still wonder why they told 4 * hotel! Internet every 3 minutes disconnected...

Grand Emin has a great location. Our room was clean enough. The staff were helpful despite their little English (helpful But not smiling :) ) I really like the breakfast buffet. Good food and beverages selection. The lobby was too hot and humid. I recommend this place though :)

The Hotel has a great location with transportation like tram and underground walking distance. Not for the old, as getting there from the main road is a distance to walk. Rooms were cramped to say the least. Not at all clean. We had to change our room twice. The soap dispenser in the shower does not work. The house keeping...

Grand Emin is not grand, that's for sure. It is a decent (closer 2 than 3 stars) hotel with great location (T1 tram that goes to the city center Sultanahmet is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, underground is also nearby), unmotivated stuff (their English is also far from grand), decent breakfast (coffee machine was out of order every morning),...
