We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The first two nights our room looked out toward the sea and also directly into the fabricating factory that makes shoes! We could wave to the workers from our window! The best part of this hotel is the roof top terrace which provides a spectacular view out over the city and the...

I booked this hotel based on all the wonderful reviews on the web. Unfortunately my experience says the contrary. When we arrived late at night and tired the staff had us waited 10 minutes, with no apology or anything, while he apparently wasn't helping anyone or even doing anything. We requested a non smoking room with two beds but we...

Nice hotel located very central to SultanAhmet. Friendly helpful staff. Average clean rooms. No wow factor and definately not 4 star but all in all a pleasant stay. Having breakfast on the 7th floor terrace was a fab way to start the day. Good Buffet breakfast included in the price. Very reasonably priced hotel

Good hotel with great location - 5 minutes from Blue Mosque, Agia Sophia and Grand Bazaar and ten minutes from Topkapi Palace, but expensive for what is basically a 3 star hotel. But the view over the Bosphorus and Golden Horn from the rooftop restaurant is great, and service in the restaurant was as friendly as it was in 2001.

A good hotel located in the center of Sultanahmet, at a walking distance from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. Rooms are average, but its main feature is the seventh floor terrance and its view. Having the included and rich breakfast there is an excellent start for the day.

In many respects, the Aziyade Hotel is an excellent venue to visit Istanbul and especially the Sultanahmet old-city district. It is only a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazar, just a few minutes more to the Blue Mosque, Ste Sophie, Cistern Basilica... and a 10-minute walk to the Cemperlitas tramway station for a ride to the abovementioned attractions, Karakoy (and...
