Since we checked in we have had multitude of issues, 1. No towel or cleaning the rooms when ever you ring to ask they will only bring 2 and we are family of four, 2. Floor is damaged in our room and we have alerted managers to sort out issue which they haven’t. 3. My wife is diabetic and none of the fridges work and told management no one dealt with it. 4. Rude staff doesn’t care or want to help always trying to money grab you and con you out of your money. 5. People smoking in the rooms and our room felt like a smoking area. 6. Bathroom all the handles are broken so when entering the tub my daughter. 7. Keep in mind swimming pool you can’t enter you have to book and they want you to buy swimming hat from them which they don’t tell you and only allow to go in once per stay. But us we never got to and paid for the hotels full use and never got. 8. The restaurant in the hotel is so expensive, it’s not even worth it. 9. So many other hotels you can use are better terrible not a 5 star hotel…
The service is super bad. I asked for towels for the room and 2 hours later they come with bath robes. Every day I had to ask for more than towel because that is all they offer for out two-person room. I asked for an iron, they brought me one that shut off the electricity twice and stopped working. The safe isn’t installed properly, it isn’t attached to the wall or anything. The door for the room does not close, we spent a full night trying to figure out how to close it with little to no help from the staff, it wasn’t locking properly. Overall super bad experience for the price and the alleged 5 star rating.
She is Drissia very good .we were very satisfied with the cleaning thank you for everything,the location of the hotel is very good,drissia did her best during our stay,she did the best cleaning and made us happy

I was very happy with the service and treated very well (a special mention for room cleaning!....Selma 😊) Great breakfast too and room service was wonderful. Will definitely come back!! Recommend if coming
The worst hotel I have stayed. I Don’t even Know where to start. The rooms are small and dirty. We had no towels. We paid for a extra big bed and we have a 1,35mts one. The sheets do not cover the whole mattress, which is absolutely disgusting. I when to the front desk to complain and Emre (the worker at the front desk) told me I have to complain with their colleagues as this is not his job. He refused to give me the complaints book- which I think is mandatory all over. Don’t stay here. This is a bad 3 stars in any other part of the world. I really know Dedeman Hotel very long time. We were go there listen to piano and eating something. I love Dedeman Hotel especially the location. You can go ever where easily. And the staff are really amazing.
First room I’ve been given was on the top floor, under the rooftop bar and it was incredibly loud so I asked to change. The second one had broken furniture and leaking toilet… I went to the desk to complain at least 10 times about the toilet and the state of the room and no change/effort was made by them. Breakfast was disgusting: eggs looked like soup, coffe was probably the worst I’ve ever tried, juice was water, and all the rest of the food was such low quality. I don’t recommend this stay to anyone who expects a 4/5 star hotel. Would never come back even if I didn’t have to pay for the stay!
Not for a 5star hotel. Friendly staff. Poor communication. The showerhead and the hairdryer in my bathroom was not working. Despite of informing them on the arrival date and a couple of times later they never fixed it. Moreover, when we arrived after a long trip, nobody offered us a water or a drink. I had to ask. And they wanted to charge us for 2 bottles of water, which is fine - but not for a 5star hotel though. On the last day, I had a surprise in my room - two extra beds in my room - for no reason (probably they got the room number wrong).
Me and My wife both work at hospitality field, I am a night manager of a luxury boutique hotel. I chose this hotel because of the Dedeman brand. I had high expectations ofcourse. Our check-in process was short, the agent didn't say anything about hotel emenities, bellboy did the same. When we entered the room it looked terrible, not renovated for decades. I called front desk and requested another room. They moved us but our 2nd room smelled smoke, no ironing board, stains on towels and sheets. We didn't make big deal about them. The next day we went to the ground floor in shorts and bikinis to use the pool but the attendants asked if we had reservation or not. I told them we will just use the pool, they said that to use the pool they require reservation which I've never heard anywhere else. Then we went to talk to the guest relations but the lady overthere didn't help much eithe. She said that " on all online platforms it's written that guests have to make reservation for the pool" . I went Travelicity.com where I booked our room and I didn't see that info there. So she denied any responsibility and didn't offet anything for recovery. At our properities and as a general rule if the staff drops the ball and provides poor guest service there should be a proper apology and ownership to make that guest happy with recovery steps but they seemed didn't care much. Overall no need to spend extra for the Dedaman brand, the service and stay quality is no more than 3 stars hotel. S.B. Stayed between 06/28/22 - 06/30/22…
