We stayed here on our recent trip to Istanbul. We stayed on the club level. We were greeted very nicely upon our arrival. We were given some salep which was the best taste in Istanbul. We had a lovely room. It was very quiet. Very clean and felt like home. Club level was excellent. Open very long hours which was...

Visited for four days with my husband to do a little sightseeing. We found the hotel very comfortable with a spacious room overlooking the Bosphorus at a distance. The welcome was warm and friendly, the staff very attentive and always smiling. We were advised to buy membership of the club lounge for the duration, which was well worth it -...

i loved that hotel. excellent rooms (large rooms, nice bathrooms, espresso machine, large TV), service (didn't get a NO on any request), food (all-day dining and bar food) and views (have to see to enjoy). can't think of a way to improve this. highly recommended if you're in istanbul and can afford it :)

We stayed 5 days in the hotel in January. The hotel is nice generally, but the location is not so good if you want to tour the city on foot or by the tram. (the traffic in Istanbul might get really insane at rush hour, not so wise to get on cab at that time). Of course the great service...

I came here with my family for the New Year´s Eve! The hotel was very good, inside it looks much more interesting than outside (it seems a simple tower). Rooms have a nice size, the bed is TOP and the view is pleasant (if you have one to Bosphorus River). Staff are nice, friendly and they always try to help...

Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, and the room was outstanding. Very comfortable, super clean and had ample space. The Front Desk staff are to be particularly commended for quickly and graciously responding to guests' needs. They were very knowledgable and empowered to make decisions on their own, vice having to check with a manager for every minor issue,...

I have been to Istanbul, Turkey several times and being fond of historical sites, I have heard of the beauty of Ayasofia and the Blue Mosque as well as the exotic spice markets and bazaars from friend and websites and would love to be a eyewitness to the site. Unfortunately, despite 3 business visits to Istanbul, I have not visited...

Stayed on the concierge floor of this hotel. Food was excellent and worth the extra price. Metin checked me in and was probably the front desk contact in my experience. Staying in Besiktas

Neighbourhood Profile
Besiktas
In Besiktas, skyscrapers compete with palaces for space in an upscale vista replete with hilly green parkland filling in the margins. Step into this rather wealthy neighbourhood and discover a rich mix of opportunities to shop, dine, and be entertained. For folks in search of urban buzz, not to mention a constant reminder of just how important Istanbul’s waterways are to its rich history, there's the frenetic Besiktas ferry terminal or the city’s most vibrant fish market to explore. For a timeout of metropolitan proportions, head to the bucolic Yildiz Park or the chic Bosphorus-side fishing village of Ortakoy. Attractions such as the grandiose Dolmabahce Palace and a bevy of other stately residences await admiration. To be sure, this large and not overly touristy swath of Istanbul yields plenty of pleasure for all.
