It's a cozy boutique hotel in which I would come back. The area is nice with a lot of small and good restaurants around in Sultanahmet area 5 minutes walking from Blue Mosque. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly, and there is rooftop with view to the mosque and sea; one thing can be improved is breakfast.

Very good hotel in sultanahmet. Most pf tourist attractions are at walkable distance. Stayed in the hotel for third time in three years. Very honest management. Last year we forgot certain things in the room, this year they handover those things to us. Very impressive!

Fabulous location yards from Sultanhamet Square on lovely old Ottoman Street. Amazing views of sea and Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia from terrace. Converted Ottoman mansion retaining lots of character. Suite room is large with balcony. Loved this place. Cheap but grill.

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
