Truly an amazing experience to stay at Swissotel, both in terms of the rooms and staff.
We had to arrive very early in morning and the staff still accommodated us in a room with amazing views to the Bridge.

I usually don’t stay at this price point of a hotel. But my boyfriend was a bit worried about security as the US likes to scare folks into thinking every place is dangerous. So we stayed here for his piece of mind. The hotel and...More
Perfect service, very well trained staff, excellent location in beautiful Istanbul. The smoke smell in the room was too though even i have been advised that it was a smoking room. Fitness room was top as well.

We had 2 days of meeting with the 40 international top managers of our company and it was a wonderful experience for them as most of them were visiting Istanbul for the first time. They were impressed with the magnificient view and the splendid food....More
In Besiktas, skyscrapers compete with palaces for space in an upscale vista replete with hilly green parkland filling in the margins. Step into this rather wealthy neighbourhood and discover a rich mix of opportunities to shop, dine, and be entertained. For folks in search of urban buzz, not to mention a constant reminder of just how important Istanbul’s waterways are to its rich history, there's the
frenetic Besiktas ferry terminal or the city’s most vibrant fish market to explore. For a timeout of metropolitan proportions, head to the bucolic Yildiz Park or the chic Bosphorus-side fishing village of Ortakoy. Attractions such as the grandiose Dolmabahce Palace and a bevy of other stately residences await admiration. To be sure, this large and not overly touristy swath of Istanbul yields plenty of pleasure for all.

On April it is not possible to use outdoor places and swim due to seasonal weather conditions but you can check again when you stay. Fitness is free but spa center is not. This hotel has two connected buildings and all rooms renovated. There is only one breakfast restaurant and has very good buffet. I heard for the first time that there two different restaurant for breakfast.
Yes this hotel will take a deposit on check in. The amount I paid was 1000 TL but this may be different in your case as your only staying 3 nights. I stayed 7 nights.
The deposit is only refunded on check out.
