this was the first hotel we stayed in while in Turkey. it's clean and comfy. Staff are friendly and accommodating. food was good but nothing to rave about. they have a good central heating system if you're there in winter. it's 2 mins walk to metro.

Like others who have reviewed I spent a day here courtesy of Turkish airlines. The staff are nice enough and the lobby that greats you suggests a decent enough hotel but I wasn't impressed by the room, although clean it was very tired, the furniture had seen better days but the bed is the real complaint, the mattress was so...

I stayed one day at this hotel by Turkish Airlines accommodation service. The room was large, clean and quiet. Furniture inside the room were not new, but were in good condition. Romantic bathroom with a glass frame to view the bedroom. I had a little problem with bath cabin drain, waiting long time to get empty. There was no ironing...

Due to technical problems, we were given complimentary room by Turkish Airlines in this hotel. The hotel was beautiful with its cozy lobby equipped with sofas. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was a spacious bedroom (and glass-walled bathroom) with cheerful orange wallpaper and flowery curtains. Meals were served on the 2nd floor, and I could assure you,...

A very nice hotel! Mr. Turgay Kamil at the front desk makes a stay there super by assisting the hotel's guests with his pleasant manners, intelligence and great service. This hotel is so clean and next to a metro stop. It is quiet and has spacious rooms.

The hotel staff were more than friendly and very helpful once you took time to talk to them. This is a transit hotel and very busy but we asked for a high floor room and...

I stayed at this hotel in the period November 27 to December 1, for 4 nights. I could easily notice that everything is new, the hotel is recently renovated, very very clean (linen and towels changed every day), very comfortable beds and also a healthy and varied breakfast offer. The staff was also very kind and nice. The hotel has...

I was in a transit flight, and I spent a whole night there. I appreciate that they prepared the dinner and the breakfast buffet on time.. room windows are not appropriate ...everything was okay, except that I found some Tufts of hair on the bath's mirror... other than that everything was awesome. I think it should be a 4 star...
