On the one hand I was really surprised how receptionist was skilled, he was really really inspiring.
On the other hand the room was not comfortable enough:
I have problem with pillow,
bath was damaged and caused me feel it is not clean,
This hotel is near to everything in istanbul
Rooms are nice quiet and perfect

(There’s another airport on the Asian side and that ismuch further away. The guy (s) on Reception at the hotel are really helpful ... for example they said don’t buy anything in the Grand Bazaar as it is a tourist rip/off area. The little shops are outdide the Bazaar are more normal prices. The Spice Market is good value and really worth going to. Enjoy your trip. Julie
P.S. the tram/metro are great for getting around the city.
