The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the main walking street in Taksim. The hotel staff is absolutely polite and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, the room and the hotel is clean. The hotel bar (Junction) is a perfect place for drink and dance: Friday and Saturday evening DJ and conga drum. Lovely place. I can only...

The room is very clean and designed with plenty of goods, but too small. The hotel is at excellent location and the breakfast is good enough with very good quality. I was thinking to rate with 4 stars. But, I give one star less because of service. When I arrived, at 2.30 in the morning, I informed by the receptionist...

This hotel is located in a strategical location in Istanbul, the Beyoglu neighboorhood. From here, you can easily walk to the Taksim area or descend in the direction of the Galata bridge. The whole hotel looks indeed very nice and seems to be recently built or restored: rooms are warm and comfortable, breakfast is superb and prices are appealing. Great...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
